We loved it! The children loved being able to swim whenever they wanted and the adults enjoyed sitting outside just relaxing. The house was spacious and beautiful. Definitely, a home away from home. A good location for a starting point to go to the east coast or to the west or stay right in Orlando. Close to stores, attractions, etc but in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was very helpful in responding to emails.

This home was exactly as described with ample room for everyone. Visited with my husband and 4 adult children. They loved the garage game room! Pool area was nice and no houses behind us, lots of privacy. Tim was a pleasure to deal with since this was my first time renting through I Want A Villa. I had lots of questions and he was timely and informative with his responses. All attractions within a 20-30 minute drive. Definitely a place I would recommend and return to.

Just back from a fantastic 2 week holiday. 7 of us in this villa and never felt cramped at all. The pool was lovely temperature and everything in the villa was fantastic! Thank you so much Tim. Xxx

This house has everything you need for a family vacation. Plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, hangers, iron, styrofoam cooler, nice size pool(with plenty of water toys), comfy beds, working tv's in ALL the bedrooms and family room. The A/C was set at 72 degrees and it was very comfortable, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and family room. I was a bit concern about the temperature setting, but don't, there were times when I had to put the temperature higher because it was a bit cold for us. The washer and dryer were a big help because we did not bring back dirty clothes. There's a Walmart about 8-10 mins. away, where you can purchase personal items (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toilet paper when the one that was provided to you in each bathroom run out), there is a Publix closer to the house but more expensive. The management company responded in a timely manner, the pool is serviced every week and the house is just lovely. Not very far from Disney or Legoland, plenty of restaurants near the home. I would rent this home again, it's in a safe and clean community.

Had a great week in this lovely spacious villa. Very peaceful location with lots of wildlife around yet within 30 mins drive of all the great Orlando attractions. Supermarket & Applebees just 2 mins drive or 10 minutes walk away. Villa has everything you need with plenty of room to spread out and the pool area under the netting is in the sun nearly all day. Great communication from Tim too so would definitely recommend & return again.

From start to finish everything was really smooth and I felt really comfortable with the transactional side of things. The villa is really private and has nearly everything to make this a home from home. We bought and left a couple of things behind to "pay it forward" for future holidaymakers, a clothes horse so that wet clothes don't have to be draped on any of the lovely furniture and some tea towels (these were missing when we arrived). Publix Grocery store is within walking distance and the journey to the parks is no more than 30 minutes in the busiest of traffic. My only slight comment is that the children's (single) beds all "squeak" so they might need 'tightening" up? The noise disrupted my youngest enough to request a swap to the super comfortable master bed (I'm not so sure it wasn't an excuse to swap places with me!) Overall, do not hesitate to book this wonderful villa, you won't be disappointed!
