This was our first trip as a family to Florida. There were 8 adults ranging in ages from 18 - 77 yrs young. The house was spacious, clean and well appointed and better than the pics. The pool and spa were a delightful way to relax and spend time together. We did not take in any parks or shopping as our vacation goal was to relax and reconnect. We found the location to be well suited to our needs as the home was private and in a quiet neighborhood, yet only minutes to needed amenities, as well as driving distance to beautiful beaches. We were thrilled to find a park with kayak/canoe rentals and walking trails right around the corner, where we were able to enjoy viewing alligators, turtles, birds etc in their natural setting as we leisurely paddled along the river. Stephen was quick to answer any inquires and accommodating to our requests. Would highly recommend this home and will definitely go through I Want A Villa in the future as they have a number of villas that I'm sure would be just as pleasing.

First class home, had everything we needed for our stay in Orlando, very quite area in a small cul-de-sac. Pool was good, bedrooms and bathrooms excellent, the kitchen also provided everything we needed to either eat in or just breakfast. Games room and laundry area was good, plenty of towels were provided for our use. Bedrooms provided plenty of space and storage and hanging space etc. Lounge, kitchen and pool area provide great seating areas for eating or just relaxing.
Local amenities were good, Walmart just a 3min drive, Disney 20mins, to many eating places, we used TGI Fridays, Golden Lobster. Overall a great house which I would highly recommend to any family.

What a joy to find that this property was exactly as described! We had a large group so we really needed the space. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to cook family meals and relax by the pool after long days at the Disney parks. The property is located close to everything. If we're back in the Orlando/Kissimee area again, we will definitely be staying at this property!

This villa is great for a large family or even 2 families that want their own space rather than a hotel room. The house is in a small cul de sac with quiet neighbours. The 2 master bedrooms with en suites are spacious with loads of drawers and a large walk in wardrobe. The beds were super comfortable with nice linens We felt at home here during our stay and the owner Stephen and the management company were at the end of the phone if we needed anything. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

I stayed in this house with my girl scout troop, beautiful house with plenty of space for all my girls! Walmart and other shops are conveniently close by! Not too far from Disney and the Pool and game room were the best part of the house we all enjoyed. The owner and management were quick to respond after our stay, I recommend this house with 5 stars!
