Communication from the owner Gareth was prompt from booking to all the questions we asked before departure.
There were 8 adults and 4 kids and the villa was plenty big enough for us all to have our own space.
All the bedrooms were large with plenty of storage, plenty of towels, clean bathrooms etc.
The pool area is great. we spent most of the 2 weeks outside. There is plenty of space to sunbathe but also plenty of shaded are to sit and relax. Evenings were great outside.
It is close enough to all Disney and Universal Parks, Walmart, plenty of restaurants. 2 minutes down the road is a Supermarket, couple of restaurants (Outback Steakhouse - lovely and do takeways).
The community itself is very secure, staff are all friendly and everything is well maintained.
We will be back to Orlando. Emerald Island is a great location and this villa couldn't have been better.

Our group consisted of family members from 6 years of age to 60+ and all of us found our stay in this home quite enjoyable. The property was exactly as advertised and since we had previewed all of the published photos, the house was familiar to us the first time we walked through the door and was well kept and very clean upon arrival.
Gareth, the owner was very quick to respond to inquiries and Terry, the manager of the property, checked in on us in person a couple of times to see how we were doing. We certainly felt well taken care of.
The private pool was a big hit with the youngsters who would spend hours in the water even after a full day at the theme parks. The screened pool area allowed us to sit outside even in the evening. The Emerald Island clubhouse pool was also quite nice and the staff at the clubhouse treated us very well, were friendly and helpful.
We found the property to be conveniently situated close to Disney World - only a short drive away - but Sea World and Universal were both only 20 minutes or so by car. Also close by on US 192 were many restaurants, stores, and shopping centers.
I would certainly recommend the property for families and extended families looking to vacation in the Disney area and we look forward to our return.

We were all impressed with the house. It was exactly as described. It was very clean, spacious, the bedrooms were nice and the family space was great. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub the most!! Very close to shopping, dining, grocery stores and Disney. What more could we want? We would definitely stay here again.

Having stayed in several Floridian villas over the past few years, i can confirm that both the villa itself, and the Emerald Island community are a head and shoulders above the rest. The community hosted excellent amenities such as a gym, a friendly gate man for added security and beautiful views over a conservation area, and the villa itself was spacious and comfortable. We were a large group but we never felt cramped, and the den area at the front of the house meant that we could keep an eye on the younger children whilst relaxing in our own space. The owner was very on the ball with all of our queries and friendly as well. An excellent holiday overall, and we would highly recommend this villa.

The house was a great location, close to Target, grocery stores and Disney. The pool on the back of the house was very private and it was conveniently located right off the living room and kitchen. The access to the basketball courts and tennis courts was a big hit with the kids. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider this house again for our next Orlando family vacation.

Loved the house, so close to Disney and Emerald Isle is a great place to stay. Close to restaurants and shops.
The children loved the pool and games room.

Our family has taken several vacations and stayed in similar homes as this one. We all agreed that this home was the best ever! The service we received about a couple of concerns was exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The convenience of the pool and the bedroom arrangements were perfect for our family, and we were extremely comfortable. Having a grocery store and other shopping and eating venues within a five to ten-minute drive was an added bonus. Also, we were pleased with the close distance to Disney and other area attractions even though the traffic was heavy at peak times. We even took a day trip to Cocoa Beach which was less than a 90-minute drive each way. We have already recommended this home to other family members and would definitely book another stay.
