Relaxing and comfortable villa. We had a wonderful time at the villa. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Enjoyed sitting by the pool and reading a book. Recommend Ovations restaurant for a nice dinner.

Just another day in paradise
Deb and I enjoyed our stay at this home, it was clean inviting and had a very nice setting, easy to access for about anything you want to do or go, close to Public store, Disney, Orlando and Tampa. When your not traveling around you will relax in the sun by the crystal clear pool of your own. This home has everything you will need when you get there. Thanks for a great time. -

The first impression was the villa was located in a quiet part of highlands reserve overlooking the golf course. The villa had excellent facilities and the games room in the garage was well kitted out. The pool and space around the pool was also bigger than I was expecting. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa as a great base for a family in a quiet area but still close enough to all major attractions in Florida.

We thought this house was clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved that the golf course was right in the backyard. The management company was also very helpful & friendly.

We had an amazing time at the villa, it was in an ideal place to visit all the Disney parks. It was very clean and felt like home as soon as we walked in. We couldn't of asked for a better place. The owners were always quick to reply when booking and any question we had were dealt with. The villa manager was always on hand and was very helpful when we needed her. Thanks for everything

Just a line or two to say that we had an excellent holiday. The villa was everything we expected and we would certainly recommend you to anyone thinking of holidaying there. The pool temperature was better than we have ever experienced before and our grandson learned to swim under water. Hurricane Matthew was a non-event thankfully and there was no damage. We had brought all the pool furniture indoors in anticipation but in the event that was not necessary. We were well prepared and indeed some left-over foods remained in the fridge/freezer in the hope that they would not be wasted. Thank you once again,

Thank you for renting your villa to us. We had a brilliant holiday and the villa was a fantastic place to stay. We felt instantly at home, it was very comfortable and the pool was lovely. The villa had everything we wanted and more and was very convenient for the parks/attractions etc. Sue and IPG were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely recommend your villa to our friends/family if/when they are planning a trip to Florida.

Had a fantastic time. Villa was very spacious. We all had plenty of room and enjoyed using the pool. Kitchen facilities were excellent. Nice outlook onto golf course and a well managed resort (very quiet!). Spent our days at the park with a few chill days by the pool. Need to come back for a longer stay net time!

Had an amazing time staying here. Couldn't fault anything with the villa. Great location, comfy beds, fantastic pool and everything very clean. We would really hope to use this villa again on our next trip and would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much - we had a wonderful holiday.

Just wanted to drop you a line to say how much we enjoyed our holiday at your Florida home. The weather was typical Floridian sunshine (one day of thunderstorms), which was a welcome change from the UK. Staying at your villa was very relaxing and quiet….a superb location with all the facilities of home from home. Ideal to come back to after a long day in the malls or themeparks. We stayed at the Hilton at St Augustine for a couple of days, quite a contrast from the Disney area, and enjoyed the museums and sightseeing (and the nearby ‘Harrys Bar’ and cocktail bar!). Thank you for a great holiday!

Great place for a holiday in Orlando. Property well equipped, clean & comfy, all you need for a fantastic holiday. Location ideal for all parks & golf courses, overlooking 11th Fairway on Highlands Reserve.

Fantastic villa in a prime location for exploring the area plus great views over the golf course. Very comfortable, all mod cons, like home from home with your own pool!
Would definitely recommend this villa, it was a great find, can't wait to return!!Really glad you had a great time Donna.

Your home was lovely, perfect for what we needed, and very well equipped. The location was ideal and the views spectacular, particularly first thing in the morning.
We will definitely contact you again next time we travel to Florida and would have no hesitation in recommending your home to friends and family.
