When we 1st pulled up we thought wow this place is beautiful, once inside it just got better so clean, spacious and welcoming, there was ample room it’s huge the pictures don’t do the property justice and the pool area just amazing we traveled with our 5 children and our niece and they loved every aspect of the house as did we do much so we’ve rebooked, many thanks to Judy and Ivan for allowing us to use their beautiful house

I just wanted to thank you for the opportunity to stay at your home this past weekend. My family and I had such an amazing time. It was exactly what we all needed - a vacation away to just spend time together and enjoy. In fact, we all decided to leave Disney early to go back to the house so that we could enjoy the pool and play games.
We are Disney pass holders and live about an hour away. Even though we are close, we are hoping to take several last minute getaways throughout the year. We all hope to have the opportunity to stay at your rental again soon. -

First off the Highlands Reserve community is fantastic. There is a communal pool, tennis courts, playground and a beautiful golf course open to the public. Sidewalks for taking daily walks and very immaculately maintained grounds. upon entering the villa, our expectations were surpassed in every way. From the luxury amenities, comfy beds, luxury bedding, fluffy towels, fully prepared kitchen (all the way to the adorable flamingo shaped "chip clips" for our bags of goodies) etc. to the handicap accessibility features built into this lovely spacious home we were wowed! We were equally impressed with the very responsive management company who came out straight away when we contacted them, ensuring that we had every comfort we needed (Thank you, Helen). The property is in such convenient proximity to the parks and attractions, but the villa's amenities were so nice that at times it was difficult to leave to explore the rest of Orlando. The outdoor dining and entertainment area was wonderful and having the swimming pool hoist made this stay complete in every way. It really was a vacation! We highly recommend this villa and look forward to returning again soon.

Our wonderful vacation in this beautiful home was just spectacular! From the first moment of contact with Judy, we had a perfect vacation. No wrinkles in any of our plans and our expectations were more than met. Travelling with a person in a wheelchair is stressful, to say the least, and it was terrific to arrive "home" to our vacation house late at night and see how perfect it was for us.
The pool lights were on, the backdrop of the "forest" as we called it, was a lovely, relaxing setting to welcome us. We found everything we needed, from a kitchen that was well equipped to lovely linens for all the beds. We enjoyed the hot tub, which was hot, the pool which we were in every day, and night! The trees were a beautiful background, with many birds that we watched and listened to when we were outside.
The master bedroom and bathroom were perfect for the needs of our daughter, who uses a power wheelchair. Having the Hoyer lift right there was better than perfect.
We enjoyed the games room, which was turned into a Man Cave for our son, who loved having his own space with such great amenities!
The location of the house was great for all of our needs. We were two minutes from the Publix grocery store, and a few other services, like a bank, a gas station, restaurants, a liquor store, a pharmacy, a dollar store.....just everything you need to get yourself squared away when you first arrive, until you figure out where everything else is located.
The management team, of Helen and Tom, were just wonderful. They responded to all of our calls when we needed to sort things out (like the breaker on the hot tub went, and Tom came over immediately). The pool crew took care of all the pool and hot tub needs.
We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful home. Everything was just Super-Dee-Duper!

We sadly left your house around 6 am this morning. Thank you so much for opening your home to us. It was nice for my Mom to have ample roaming space and the equipment necessary to enjoy her vacation. Although the weather was extra cold & we weren't able to enjoy the pool and patio we were still able to have fun and relax! We hope to keep your home on our list for future rentals. In January, we had the pleasure of staying in this villa, at Highlands Reserve. We found the listing on I Want A Villa and began corresponding with Judy. Judy was immediately responsive and helpful in working out the details for our rental ensuring that all our needs would be met as economically as possible. She was wonderful to work with. All I can say is FANTASTIC! But since you are reading my review you are expecting more. So here are the details.
Most important we were looking for a rental that was handicapped accessible. As advertised, the entrance, the kitchen, master bedroom, the bathroom, shower and pool were all accessible. The shower and bath were fully equipped with hand rails, seats, and shower wand. The shower was very large so as care giver there was no problem helping. But the biggest joy was the pool had a lift which allowed my wife to access the pool every day. If was very safe and easy to use and she really enjoyed swimming for the first time in years.The rest of the property, what can I say. The biggest surprise was a flat screen TV's in all the bedrooms and a monster HD flat screen in the living room. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were able to cook breakfast everyday and make snacks in the evening.
Our normal day was pool at 6:00 AM, off to nearby parks by 9:00, then back home in the evening to swim until midnight.
This rental was base camp for the best Florida vacation ever. I will be returning and am also recommending this property to all my friends.

The house was perfect, big and roomy, spotlessly clean and everything as advertised. We have visited Florida many times, but this was definitely the best place we have stayed at. Mrs Berry was very helpful and friendly, which made booking really easy. We will definitely be booking again soon, and would recommend this place to anyone. Many thanks to judy.
