This was the perfect golfing trip for us two junkies from Canada and your villa was the perfect place to relax in. We commend you Sue and Norm for thinking of everything and love the serenity afforded us with the community and your villa atmosphere right down to the decor and most comfortable beds.

Thank you so much for such a lovely stay in your beautiful villa. It was a lovely location which was central and local to all parks and attractions. Our favourite part was the pool where we had so much fun and relaxation. All of the family could enjoy and relax after a long hot day at the Disney parks. It is a very spacious place with all useful facilities already present. We really enjoyed our time in your gorgeous home and would highly recommend to other people!

We have just arrived home from the most fantastic time at Sue & Norms villa. After a hectic 9 nights staying at Universal's Cabana Bay it was just brilliant to have the space and be able to relax around the beautiful pool. The villa is so much more than we expected and for our 3 boys who are 16, 12 & 9 to say they prefer it to staying on site tells you everything. This will be our first option when we come back to Florida. Thanks again, The Waterhouse family x

Sue and Norm, What a fabulous start to our American holiday. Your home is amazing, so luxurious and homely, it had everything we needed and more.
The villa is spotless and the kids all agree the beds are so comfy.

Sue and Norm, Thank you for the use of your villa. There was plenty of space for the seven of us. Everything was very clean when we walked in. The location is perfect, close to all the attractions, which is great after a long day of walking and more walking. Our grandsons especially enjoyed the pool at night. Having the stores and restaurants near by is very convenient. Should we have another trip in future we would definitely rent here again. A big thank you to you both.

Had a fantastic stay at this exceptionally lovely villa. Everything was spotless and we all enjoyed ourselves immensely.

We have stayed in many villas in and around the Davenport area. This is by far the most nicest villa we have stayed in so far.
Décor is lovely, it is equipped with everything you need, the pool area is spacious and clean, with nice views.
Great location for getting onto the I4.
Will definitely book this again when we go next year ... hopefully to buy our own villa!We’re so pleased you enjoyed your stay with us and that you loved our villa. We look forward to welcoming you back again next year.

Dear Sue & Norm, thank you both for the use of your villa. We have stayed in quite a few in Florida over the years and we have to say yours is the best by far. 1) cleanliness of home & pool area. 2) very comfortable beds even the singles which hubby used a few nights due to snoring!! 3) peaceful & quiet area 4) a management team that show they care 5) and the 5 star is having a holiday home from home. We had a fabulous week in Florida and your house was a welcome sanctuary at the end of each day! Everything worked perfectly. The highlights of our trip were Universal Studios and Cirque De Soleil. Great memories!

Sue & Norm, we had an enjoyable time at your villa. We have 3 boys ages 8,6, & 2 1/2. They loved swimming in the pool everyday. Your villa was very spacious for our family & had most amenities we needed. We enjoyed one day at Legoland and one day at Disney's Magic Kingdom. It was wonderful to retreat back to the villa & relax by the pool after those long days. Thank you, we had a wonderful time & would love to come back again!

Fantastic home! It has everything you need. I would love to come back some day. We were two families, total of 8 people, 5 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of room, pool is great! You get sunshine all day, from 10 AM forwards until sunset. Supermarkets and restaurants a short drive away (5mins)

We previously stopped in the villa four years ago and throughly enjoyed our stay once again. The location is ideal and we wouldn't hesitate to stop there again the next time we return to Orlando.
