We had a fabulous time. There were 13 of us ranging in age from 6 to 65 and the house suited us all. The children loved having the pool at home and would have spent the whole holiday in there if they could! The bedrooms were all a good size and the layout was perfect for spending time together or seeking a bit of privacy and quiet time if you wanted. Location was great for Disney, Universal etc. Would definitely recommend.

Plenty of space and close to all mayor attractions.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights for our annual golf trip. The location was perfect for us as it was central to many of the preferred courses in the area. Also very convenient to Rte. 192 and many restaurants, stores etc. The house was in great shape - clean and well furnished and equipped. We have been doing this trip every January for 15 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. My interaction with the owner was also excellent as he was very responsive and helpful with all my questions. I plan on this being our new standard for our annual trip.

Absolutely perfect home for our Thanksgiving vacation with friends. We had plenty of room for the 6 adults and 6 children in our party. The home was spotless, and included everything we needed for an amazing vacation, and then some. Perfect location to go to and from the various Disney parks with ease, and wonderful amenities at the home for our down time. Thanksgiving was perfect with the children swimming, football on the TV, and a turkey in the oven. Highly recommend this home for your family vacation!

The property was well maintained and very clean. It was conveniently located to the parks and a large variety of restaurants. I will definitely stay again.

We were a group of 12 on a golfing trip to Orlando. We thoroughly enjoyed the house. Gareth was an excellent host and went out of his way in providing extra roll away beds, etc. The location as well as the house was great. Will definitely return for our next trip.

The villa is absolutely beautiful! This home is very spacious, tastefully decorated, well- maintained and clean, and conveniently located near great shops, restaurants, and Disney. It has all the amenities listed in the description. The timer box on the pool lights and jacuzzi blew the second day of our stay. I called the manager and the technician came and resolved the issue the same day. The customer service was superb. This was by far the best vacation home we have ever stayed in. I highly recommend this lovely home.
