Your Florida home is amazing. The neighbourhood and accommodations were above and beyond our expectations.
The kids adored the pool and the great weather was what we needed.

We loved our stay at this villa. Beautiful home. Very spacious. everything we needed was there. All theme parks, restaurants and shops all within driving distance. Will definitely be returning next year. -

We have just spent a wonderful 2 weeks at the villa with our friends. This is undoubtedly one of the nicest properties we have stayed in and we have been holidaying in Florida for over 30 years. It is superbly appointed and the layout of the villa is excellent as well as spacious. The pool, hot tub and outside area with the lanai were a real bonus for relaxing after a hard days shopping or walking around the Theme Parks. We loved Highlands Reserve as it is so conveniently located for Disney and within walking distance from restaurants and shops and not forgetting the superb golf course within the development. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone staying in Florida and we will definitely be returning.

We spent an excellent two weeks at the villa with another couple. The pool and hot tub were terrific; lovely to have a heated pool to walk into regardless of the weather. The house was well appointed with all the amenities needed to prepare meals at home. The layout made it easy for everyone to be comfortable and have “their own space”. It is located close to grocery stores, restaurants and golf courses. The golf course at Highland Reserve is also great. Also, a very easy drive to both Orlando and Lake Wales areas. The owners were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had when we booked the vacation as well as when we were there at the house. We would have no hesitation to booking another vacation at the house.

We stayed at this home for one week with our two small children and had a wonderful time. We have visited Florida previously and stayed in a hotel, but renting this spacious, immaculate family home was so much more enjoyable! Every room was perfectly decorated, and everything was spotless! We all slept so well as there was enough room for everyone, and it was so convenient to be able to prepare some meals in the lovely kitchen, which was fully equipped. We also greatly appreciated the baby equipment at the house - crib, high chair, stroller. It is such a quiet, peaceful location for relaxing days by the pool, and yet so close to all the amenities. There is a grocery store and restaurants a short walk from the villa, and Disney is an easy 15 minute drive away. It was so relaxing to retreat to the villa at the end of a long day at the parks, and be able to have a swim and watch a movie. The owners were great to deal with, and always replied to emails quickly and were very helpful. We'll definitely be back soon!
