Hi Lynn First and foremost I want to thank you for what was a really enjoyable stay in Orlando. Your Villa was beautiful and so spacious. It is so well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We didn't do much of the parks this time as we wanted to make the most of the villa and we definitely did that! The Location was spot on, close to everything and also the surroundings made it more perfect. I do hope that we left the villa as we found it and there wasn't much for your cleaners to do. Once again, a big thank you. LorettaLoretta, the villa was fine thank you for looking after it. Your security deposit is on its way to you. Dear Lynn and David We have just returned from our two week holiday at your villa and would like to say a big thank you for the use of such a lovely home. We had everything we needed and the swimming pool and Jacuzzi were such a welcome bonus, the kids (and the adults) enjoyed every minute they spent in both of them. Lynn & David This is the third time we have stayed with you we cannot thank you enough,The kids as always had a great time. When we first started visiting Florida to do all the attractions and shopping. We decided this year we just wanted to stay at "home" and enjoy the pool, house and weather. Dear Lynn & David Thank you for the use of your home. For once it was a real suprise to come somewhere where the villa was actually like the pictures and not a dissapointment. We had the time of our lives loads of space for the 8 of us and the pool and hot tub well used after the long days at the parks. Lynn, David Just wanted to say a very big thank you for the use of your Florida home over Easter. We simply had a wonderful time and very much enjoyed staying there - it surpassed our expectations. We loved the location away but not too far from all the hustle and bustle of the various Orlando Theme Parks, were very comfortable and really pleased with all the house facilities - in particular the heated swimming pool (which my 8 year old daughter seemed to live in throughout our stay) and the hot tub. When we next visit Florida, we would all jump at the chance to stay at your house again if it's available. Thank you also for all your help with the arrangements and answering my various questions. Hi Lynn and Dave, I've been meaning to write since I returned home last week, but I've been very busy getting back on track. I wanted to thank you for providing us with a wonderful home for our golf vacation. We enjoyed it very, very, much. I trust that you found everything to be OK when you got back. We tried to follow the instructions that were left and hopefully we were successful. Having no word leads me to believe that all was OK. We had a group luncheon yesterday, and we unanimously agreed that we want to book again for 2010. Arrival will be on Sunday, March 7, 2010, and departure very early on Monday, March 15, 2010. We were out of the house by 07:00 AM this year, and should do the same again in 2010, which should give the cleanup crew some extra time if you have another booking coming in. Please let me know if the rates and deposit requirements are as they were with this past trip. Anyway, thanks again for providing a wonderful abode for 8 golfers. Dear Lynn and David We had a great time in Florida. Your home was the perfect place for our family. We especially appreciated the way everything was provided for my youngest granddaughter. We could sit out by the pool and listen on the baby monitor and hear when she woke up. The house was very spacious, plenty of room for all 12 of us. It was convenient to anyplace we wanted to go, including a trip to Daytona Beach for the race on the weekend. We would recommend your villa to others. We have stayed in many rental homes in the Orlando area, and this one was by far the best. Everything was top-notch and well-maintained. The lock box even worked the 1st time! We would rent this property again in a heartbeat!" -

Lynn, Just wanted to say thank you for the villa last week, we forgot to write in the book but we had agreat stay and the villa is beautifully furnished. Think we may start to look to buy out there now we've been so much and i think there are some bargains around out there at the moment. So we may come back late in the year if we do will come to you to see if your place is free, if you hear of any bargain's when you are out there let us know. Hi Lynn, Just thought I would drop a line to say we had a fabulous time and to thank you for sharing your home with us, we all agreed that renting the house was one of the best parts of our vacation. The kids spent hours in the pool and it was nice for us to have a place to come to for some down time after a long day at the park! Regards, Lyndsay
