Big and roomy. Plenty of things to do. The pool was the best feature. Bedroom furniture could use updating. Chemical used to treat spa is very, very strong. But spa worked and was enjoyable the few mins I got to use it (the chemicals were too strong for me). Quiet neighborhood and neighbors were nice. A couple of the small appliances did not work but they weren't crucial enough to affect my opinion of the house. The owner was very informative and responsive. Everything was set up and ready to go upon my arrival. Was even able to get into the house sooner than expected. As others have mentioned, the thermostat must stay at 75 degrees. With most of the bedrooms being upstairs and it is the end of June, it made for a few warm uncomfortable nights. So plan to sleep with as little on as possible if you want to keep from sweating all night. Leaving the ceiling fans running does help but closing the bdrm doors will negate that. The game room in is the garage where there is no AC. So gets a little warm in there during the summer.
Overall, the house was great and the family really enjoyed it.

Just running through a few of your comments...Yes - we have invested heavily in the pool replacement - glad it was something you enjoyed! Its a shame you didn't have the chance to see the information we sent through to you about dialling down the water hygiene flow. Obviously it's essential to have the hot tub safe for use - but the rate can be managed according to personal preference. Similarly - it's very straightforward to change the aircon temperature - though to be fair when the patio door is left open - it does put extra pressure on the air-con system and makes it harder to get the house down to temperature (it lets the hot air in) - no need for any warm uncomfortable nights!!
As you will have seen, following the heavy investment in renewing the pool and downstairs furniture and games room facilities, we're already well on with the bedroom updates! More than anything else though - glad you enjoyed yourselves so much. Thanks again for the five stars!

This was our eleventh stay on Highlands Reserve in the last 9 years. We have stayed in several different villas and this one goes down as one of the best. The location and privacy are 2nd to none. The villa has all amenities required and lived up to all of our expectations. A most enjoyable experience from start to finish. Also a massive thank you to the owner for excellent communication and fast response times.

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It is one of the nicest locations at Highland Reserve Golf Course. The pool was recently refurbished and was absolutely gorgeous! The house was clean and well equipped. The owners were very responsive to any questions that we had. We will definitely consider coming back to this location in the future.

A terrific stay. Weather was excellent reaching nearly record levels for February! The villa was perfect for our requirements and was in great shape with lots of new furniture, decoration and games. The pool had recently been re-lined too - so was looking stunning! The views from the pool deck are amazing!

We had a very lovely time here, there was 10 of us from age 4 to 40. Kids had such a good time in the pool and adults enjoyed the hot tub! It's in a great location to do a little of everything, we enjoyed Seaworld 30 minute drive, Busch gardens hour drive, Magic Kingdom 30 minute drive and Clearwater beach hour and a half drive. Neighborhood was lovely! My boys went and got some balls at the driving range 1/4 mile from the house. We cooked most meals and kids loved shooting pool and watching YouTube! Our only downfall were the beds were very uncomfortable. Mr And Mrs White were lovely hosts and stayed in great contact with me!!!

We’ve taken your advice and replaced the two large mattresses and bought luxury toppers for all the twin beds. They will be beyond comfortable for your next stay! :)

First of all, the house is beautiful. The pool is not small, it is a decent size. Rooms are spacious. When you enter you see a beautiful family photo of owners which is great. They have a lot of Wii games and movies. The garage is a gaming room and you have a lot of options. The only thing that I can suggest is there is water coming out of A/C unit in the garage which makes playing table tennis hard in that area. We had a little issue with communication but owners were pretty responsive and they made everything right at the end.

The A/C drain in the garage was blocked which was quickly resolved - glad you enjoyed staying in our villa. Hope to see you again in the future.
