As you first enter the luxurious villa, you first see the spacious Living Room with comfortable seating and dining area to the rear of the room.

The formal dining area is located adjacent to the living room and has a large table with seating for up to 8 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions.

The spacious family room is comfortably furnished with sofas to allow our guests to relax watching TV or a film on large LCD cable with DVD player. A selection of DVD's are provided for your enjoyment. This room also has a ceiling fan fitted.

The large open plan kitchen complete with all mod cons to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Amenities include full size cooker, waste disposal, fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and a toaster. All that's needed is the food and drink !!

The adjacent breakfast nook set in a bay window looking out onto the lanai and pool area and provides seating for 6 with additional seating on bar stools for 2 at the breakfast bar.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron for your convenience - leave space in your luggage for all those discounted designer clothes you are likely to purchase!!

This bedroom features queen sized bed and built-in wardrobe. Additional features include an LCD cable TV.

This shared bathroom on the ground floor features a single vanity unit, bath with shower over and toilet (WC).

The converted garage includes a Pool Table and Air Hockey. There is comfortable seating, table and floor standing fan for your comfort.

The luxurious 32' x 16' privately screened SOUTH FACING pool and SPA with NO rear neighbours and pleasant view offer the perfect way to relax in comfortable climate of Florida evening.

The pool area is provided with ample tables, chairs and 4 sun loungers for your enjoyment and comfort.

The pool can be heated for an additional daily charge (recommended from October to April) but for those warm summer days, you can keep cool as you sip iced drinks in the bubbling spa or by the pool. 

For toddler safety a pool safety fence is available.

For the ultimate alfresco dining experience, a BBQ is available from our property manager at $68/week - please request the BBQ in booking form if required and we will advise of the additional cost. We will then ensure a clean BBQ with tools and a full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

This wonderful room is furnished with a King bed with matching furnishings and provides a large walk-in closet and ample drawer space. This room is special and has an LCD cable TV, alarm clock radio and telephone.

The enclosed en-suite bathroom has his & hers vanity units, large bath, separate walk-in shower unit and separate WC. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.

This room contains another king sized bed, with matching furniture which makes this a very comfortable room. In addition, there is a large walk-in closet and LCD cable TV.

The ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, single vanity unit and WC.

This Mickey Mouse themed bedroom features twin sized beds and a built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a themed cable TV.

This bedroom features a queen sized bed and walk-in wardrobe. Additional features include a cable TV.

This shared bathroom located between bedrooms 4 & 5, features his & hers vanity units, bath with shower over, separate WC. There is also a hairdryer in the vanity unit.

This bedroom features Disney Princess themed twin sized beds and built-in wardrobe. Additional features include a themed cable TV.

We provide free high-speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck. Just bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone to connect to internet and email.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and we will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

We also provide a safe for your valuables.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.
