Please note that the owner will use one of the parking spaces in the double garage for his own car.

The villa has been finished to a very high standard providing our guests with luxurious comfort and surroundings.

As you enter the villa you see the spacious living room and dining area.

To the left you see the dining area with large dining table seating 6 comfortably.

Adjacent to the dining area is the spacious open plan living room with fabric sofa and 2 arm chairs.  There is also a small desk suitable for use with your laptop.

The family room which is set to the rear of the villa with great views over the pool deck through sliding patio doors. 

It is furnished with a recliner chair, sofa and loveseat, coffee table, an entertainment centre containing a 46" LCD Smart TV, and DVD player.

Adjacent to the living room is the fully fitted kitchen with light oak cabinets and a comprehensive range of appliances, including a huge American fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, waste disposal unit, electric cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and waffel maker. Also included is a large selection of tableware, glasses and cutlery. The island unit also serves as a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools providing a great place for the kids to have breakfast & lunch.

The laundry room comes with a large top loading washing machine and tumble dryer. Providing guests with all the necessary items guests will need if they want to do their laundry including an iron and ironing board, so no need to bring too many clothes - save the space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes at the outlet malls.

Huge bedroom with a King sized bed with matching light oak solid wood furniture including 2 twin bedside cabinets, chest of drawers/dressing table/mirror, 20" LCD cable TV/DVD, alarm clock radio, and large walk-in wardrobe. 

The luxury ensuite bathroom includes a bath, walk-in shower, his & hers vanity units, large mirror and separate WC. We have even provided a hairdryer.

This bedroom has a Queen sized bed with matching maple wood furniture, two bedside cabinets, large chest of drawers with mirror, 20" LCD cable TV/DVD, alarm clock radio, and built-in wardrobe.

This ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower, single vanity unit with hairdryer and WC.

This bedroom has 2 twin beds, 20" LCD cable TV/DVD and a built-in wardrobe.  Pleasant views over the pool deck.

This bedroom has a queen sized bed and built-in wardrobe, 20" LCD TV/DVD. Pleasant views over the pool deck.

This bathroom includes a bath with shower over, single vanity unit with hairdryer and WC.

Leading out through the patio doors the deck and pool area with wonderful woodland views and provides you with excellent privacy. Around the pool & spa there is plenty of space to relax on the 4 sun loungers and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

The covered lanai area offers a shady retreat from the hot Florida sun and is the perfect setting for an alfresco breakfast, lunch or dinner. At night, the lanai is great for a totally private romantic meal overlooking the underwater lit pool - we have provided a 8 seater patio table for your comfort.

The safety of your family is our utmost priority - the pool area is protected by a toddler safety fence.

If you want to do a spot of alfresco dining, you can use the free gas BBQ (please request this in advance).

We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a cot (crib) and highchair which are all provided FREE OF CHARGE.

We have provided a complimentary WiFi DSL Internet Access for your convenience - just bring your laptop and sit in the sun and connect to the internet with ease.

Our villa is maintained by an excellent local management company who are very efficient, friendly and offer 24 hour emergency support 7 days a week.

Approximately a 5 minutes walk to the excellent resort clubhouse and community pool.
