Kitchen
As you enter our condo you find the luxury kitchen with white granite countertops & quality stainless steel appliances which include a dishwasher, stove with oven, eye level microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster & sandwich toaster.
The island unit breakfast bar provides seating for 2 on bar stools.
Dining Area
Set between the kitchen & great room is the attractive dining area with large dining table with 6 chairs and is ideal for getting all your family to enjoy a meal together.
Great Room
The comfortably furnished room with direct access & views to the lanai offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the large LCD cable TV with DVD.
Master 1 Bedroom
The master bedroom has been furnished with a queen-sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers with mirror above, a desk with chair & retro desk lamp.
The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in wardrobe, walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and separate WC. We also provide a hairdryer.
Bunk Bedroom #2
This bedroom comes equipped with bunk beds (dual twin) and a full-sized bed, matching chest of drawers, single nightstand and large walk-in wardrobe.
Family Bathroom
The family bathroom adjacent to bedroom #2 has a bath with shower over, WC and built-in dual sink unit. We also provide a hairdryer.
Laundry Facilities
The laundry facilities located in a cupboard adjacent to the family bathroom provides a space saver stacked washing machine & tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.
Lanai
Being located on the ground floor, this condo has a private lanai where you can sit and enjoy the views. We have provided a round patio table with 4 chairs so you could also enjoy breakfast alfresco.
WiFi Internet Access
We provide free high-speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the condo. Just bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone to connect to internet and email.

Baby Equipment Rental
We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.
Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.
Towels & Linens
All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the condo. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline or use the resort pool, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.
Electronic Keyless Entry
No need to get stressed on arrival - our condo has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the condo any time of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up into the allocated parking space, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!
