As you enter the villa you are greeted with luxury floor tiling throughout. To your immediate right is the staircase leading to upstairs bedrooms. The hallway then leads to the open plan living space encompassing luxury kitchen, dining area and family room.

Luxury kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, toaster & stovetop kettle, blender & coffee maker.

The breakfast bar with 4 bar stools is perfect for breakfast or lunch.

This elegant dining area with views onto the pool deck offers a large modern glass-top dining table with 10 comfortable chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining. 

Located adjacent to the kitchen, the comfortably contemporary furnished room with direct access & views to pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the large LCD cable TV with DVD player & surround sound.

Sliding patio doors lead out onto the pool deck.

The large master bedroom has been furnished with and a beautiful white & chrome king-sized bed with matching nightstands, chest of drawers with large LCD cable TV above, large walk-in wardrobe and armchair.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, a large Roman bath, a single sink and separate WC with washbasin. The WC leads onto the pool deck and also serves as the pool bathroom. 

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

Located opposite the kitchen and is equipped with a single vanity and WC.

The "Star Wars" themed games room is perfect for spending time at the end of a long day out in the theme parks or shopping malls. It features a pool table, air hockey, wall-mounted LCD TV and high table with 2 stools so there is something for everyone in your party to enjoy. 

The large pool with large sunny north facing deck has 4 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and a patio table with 8 padded chairs plus padded sectional rattan seating area under the shady covered lanai. 

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $58/week pro-rata - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and the full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

The large seating area located at the top of the stairs has an L-shaped sectional sofa and a 100! projection TV with surround sound to enjoy a movie in comfort. On the landing, there is also a table foosball game.

The second master bedroom has a king-sized bed with 2 matching nightstands, chest of drawers with large LCD cable TV above and walk-in wardrobe.

The ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower, his & hers sinks and separate WC. 

The Marvel Hero's themed bedroom has a 2 x twin sized beds, matching chest of drawers with wall-mounted LCD cable TV and walk-in wardrobe.

This Disney's Little Mermaid themed bedroom comes equipped with 2 bunk beds (twin over full-size) sleeping 6 children in total, chest of drawers with wall mounted LCD cable TV above and a built-in wardrobe. 

This Star Wars themed bedroom comes equipped with a bunk bed (twin over full-size), chest of drawers with wall-mounted LCD cable TV above and a built-in wardrobe.

This remaining family bathroom located adjacent to bedroom #4 is shared between the entertainment loft and bedrooms #4 & #5 has his & hers sinks leading to separate bath with shower over & WC.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a hard-wired smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

It's a 7-minute drive to Champions Gate where you will find a Publix supermarket, Chili's Restaurant & Bar, Red Robin,  Millers Bar and Grill, First Watch, Tijuana Flats, Wendy's & McDonald's, with other restaurants being added all the time.

Posner Park with a selection of shops and IMAX cinema is just a 6-minute drive away.

The excellent resort clubhouse and community pool are about a 15-minute walk or 4-minute drive from the villa.

The clubhouse sports a resort-style pool with beach entry and water slide, multi-jetted circular spa, amazing Lazy River, Tiki Bar, state of the art fitness centre, tennis, volleyball, soccer, playground and tot lot and much more.
