As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway leading off to the ground floor master bedroom to the right. The hallway then leads onto the spacious open plan living space with family room, dining area and kitchen beyond.

Luxury kitchen with white quartz countertops & stainless steel appliances has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker & toaster.

The breakfast bar has 5 bar stools for you to enjoy socialising around the kitchen.

The comfortably furnished family room offers direct access & views to pool deck and ample seating on sectional leather sofa plus an armchair for you to relax and enjoy the wall-mounted 55" 5K Smart TV.

Adjacent to the kitchen with views & direct access onto pool deck is the beautifully decorated dining area with large dining table with 8 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining.

To the rear of the dining area, a door leads to the pool and pool cloakroom.

Accessed via the dining area and serving both the pool area and ground floor living space is the pool cloakroom with a WC and pedestal washbasin. 

The large ground floor master bedroom with its wonderful views over the front gardens has been furnished with a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers, wall-mounted LCD cable TV, armchair, alarm clock and large built-in wardrobe.

The connecting ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, his & hers sinks and separate WC.

The laundry room provides a full size washing machine & tumble dryer for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The professionally designed games room is equipped with air hockey, table foosball, basketball game and soft-tip darts board - the kids will never have to complain that there is nothing to do

The south-facing pool deck with open views has a large pool with 4 sun loungers. Under the shady covered lanai, there is a patio table with 6 chairs plus rattan sofa set providing additional seating under the shady covered lanai.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we have provided a free stainless steel 4 burner gas BBQ for use by the poolside. Please note that replacement gas refills are not included but can be purchased cheaply from the local gas station.

The large seating area located at the top of the stair has a comfortable L-shaped sectional white leather sofa and a wall-mounted 50" 4K Smart TV which is an ideal place to escape the buzz and excitement of downstairs, for some real relaxation time.

We provide a pack & play cot (crib) and highchair - if you require any extra equipment, our management company can provide this for a small additional fee.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to hygiene reasons and that parents usually prefer to bring their own.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a fully monitored alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

We also provide a safe for your valuables.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

In place of a security deposit, we charge a one-off $75 non-refundable insurance premium in addition to the rental costs quoted on the website. On confirming a booking we will add the premium to the money owed and advise of this by email.

We prefer payment in US DOLLARS, however if you request a quote in BRITISH POUNDS and you decide to book, you will be advised that the prices will be converted into US DOLLARS where you will have the opportunity to review the US DOLLAR prices and if happy, accept them before proceeding with the online booking.

Approximately a 5-minute walk to the resort clubhouse with excellent resort facilities.

It's a 10-minute drive to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix with a gas station, Applebee's restaurant, IHOP restaurant, Chinese takeaway, English bar & fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... 

Across the road from Berry Town is a large CVS Pharmacy & Dollar discount store.

There is also a 24hr WalMart Superstore just 13-minute drive up the US27, or if you travel 13 miles south on the US27 you will find an ALDI store.

On the US192 you will find a great selection of popular restaurants within a 15-minute drive including the excellent Manny's Chophouse, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Millers Alehouse, Texas Roadhouse, Joe's Crab Shack, Carrabba's, TGI Fridays, Bonefish Grill and loads more...
