As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway leading off to the master bedroom 2 to the right and games room to the left. The hallway then leads onto the spacious open plan living space with family room, dining area and kitchen beyond.

The large master bedroom with its wonderful views over the front gardens has been furnished with a king sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers, large built-in wardrobe, LCD cable TV & ceiling fan.

The connecting ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, single vanity and WC.

The comfortably furnished family room offers direct access & views to pool deck and ample seating for you to relax and enjoy the large LCD cable TV.

Luxury kitchen with granite countertops & stainless steel appliances has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, kettle & toaster.

The breakfast bar has 4 bar stools for you to enjoy socialising around the kitchen.

Adjacent to the kitchen in the corner is the beautifully decorated dining area with large dining table with 8 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining.

Leading off the dining area is the pool bathroom which also serves the ground floor living space and is equipped with a WC and free-standing washbasin. 

A separate door leads out onto the pool deck.

The games room is equipped with a variety of activities for all ages and interest. With a pool table and air hockey - the kid's will never have to complain that there is nothing to do

The pool deck has a large west facing pool. We have provided pool furniture including a dining table with 6 chairs & 2 sun loungers under the shady covered lanai.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $68/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

It's a 7-minute drive to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix with a gas station, Applebee's restaurant, IHOP restaurant, Chinese takeaway, English bar & fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... 

Across the road from Berry Town is a large CVS Pharmacy & Dollar discount store.

There is also a 24hr WalMart Superstore just 10 minutes drive up the US27, or if you travel 13 miles south on the US27 you will find an ALDI store.

On the US192 you will find a great selection of popular restaurants within a 12-minute drive including the excellent Manny's Chophouse, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Millers Alehouse, Texas Roadhouse, Joe's Crab Shack, Carrabba's, TGI Fridays, Bonefish Grill and loads more...

The entertainment loft located at the top of the stairs has wrap around sofa seating for 3 & an additional armchair - an ideal place to watch a movie away from the action downstairs.

The large master bedroom with its wonderful views over the pool deck has been furnished with a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers, large LCD cable TV & a large walk-in wardrobe. 

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a double walk-in double shower, single sink & WC. 

This bedroom comes equipped with a queen sized bed with matching nightstands and chest of drawers with LCD cable TV above. Within the room we also have a large built-in walk-in wardrobe

This Disney themed bedroom comes equipped with 2 full size beds with a shared nightstand,  & chest of drawers with LCD cable TV above..

Bedrooms #3 & #4 are served by this adjacent family bathroom. There is a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit. 

The laundry room provides a full size washing machine & tumble dryer for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.
