As you enter the villa through the attractive glass panel door you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway leading off to the master 2 bedroom on the left and games room (garage) to the right. The hallway then leads onto the spacious open plan living space beyond.

The luxury chef's kitchen with granite countertops and quality stainless steel appliances, has all the amenities including dishwasher, gas stove, eye-level oven & microwave, refrigerator & freezer with ice-maker, waste disposal, Keurig coffee maker, blender, cereal dispenser, toaster & kettle.

The granite breakfast bar with 4 bar stools offers a comfortable place to enjoy breakfast & lunch.

The comfortably furnished room with direct access & views to pool deck offers ample seating on large leather sectional sofa & armchair for you to relax and watch the large wall mounted LCD cable TV.

Adjacent to the family room is the beautifully decorated dining area with large solid wood dining table with 8 chairs, which is ideal for large parties and formal dining.

Located next to the family room and is equipped with a single vanity and WC.

The laundry room located off the hallway, provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The large master bedroom with its wonderful views & private access on to the pool deck. This spacious bedroom has been furnished with a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers with wall mounted LCD cable TV above, large walk-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

The connecting spacious luxury ensuite bathroom has a free standing roll top bath, enormous walk-in shower, granite mounted his & hers sinks and separate WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

The second ground floor master bedroom with views to the front gardens has a king-sized bed with matching nightstands, chest of drawers with wall mounted LCD cable TV above, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe.

The ensuite bathroom with large walk-in corner shower, his & hers vanities and separate WC. We have also provided a hairdryer.

The large heated pool with south-west facing deck has an enormous pool deck.  We have provided 8 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and a patio table with 10 chairs plus a rattan sectional sofa set seating 6-8 persons under the shady covered lanai with 2 ceiling fans. There is also an outdoor shower.

Also under the shady lanai, we have an outdoor kitchen with built-in stainless steel gas BBQ with extractor and unlimited gas providing you with the ultimate in alfresco dining experience.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not endulge yourself in the heated bubbling built-in spill-over spa ?

To prevent small children wandering into the unsupervised pool there are pool-door alarm so you know your children are safe.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

The ChampionsGate village shops, supermarket and many restaurants & bars are only a 15-minute car journey away off ChampionsGate Blvd.

There is also a Walmart just a 13 minute drive up the North Old Lake Wilson Road where you will also find even more shops, bars & restaurants along the US192 in Kissimmee.

State of the art home theatre room with 8 luxury leather cinema seats, DVD player and premium cable package connected to a digital projector and huge cinema screen. The room is also air-conditioned and even has it's own fairground style popcorn machine.

At the top of the stairs, you find entertainment loft area with 4 wall-mounted LCD cable TV's, leather sectional sofa, making this an ideal place to escape the buzz and excitement of downstairs. 

To the other side of the room, there is a separate gaming area with round gaming table and bar area.

The patio doors lead out onto the large balcony with views over the pool deck providing additional comfortable seating to enjoy a sunset with drinks.

This bedroom is located to the front of the villa and features a king sized bed and has its own private balcony with views to the front of the villa and h=golf course beyond. There is a large walk-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, wall mounted LCD cable TV and ceiling fan for your comfort.

This Mickey Mouse themed bedroom comes equipped with twin beds with matching nightstand and chest of drawers with wall mounted LCD cable TV above and built-in wardrobe.
