As you enter the townhouse you are greeted with a fabulous tiled living space with dining nook to your immediate right and luxury open plan kitchen adjacent to that. To your immediate left, you will find the laundry room and cloakroom.

The hallway then leads to the spacious cathedral ceiling living room beyond.

Adjacent to the kitchen in the corner is the beautifully decorated dining nook area with a round dining table with 4 chairs and is ideal for breakfast and informal dining.

The luxurious kitchen with sumptuous granite countertops and quality appliances has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, toaster, blender and electric kettle. Also, we provide every small utensil imaginable, plenty of crockery, cutlery and more.

The breakfast bar with 6 bar stools is ideal for enjoying breakfast or light snacks or just socialising with whoever is preparing a meal in the kitchen.

The comfortably furnished room with a double height cathedral ceiling and direct access & views onto the outdoor patio area offer ample seating for you to relax and watch the large wall-mounted LCD cable TV.

The patio area offers an outdoor space where you can sit with some outdoor space and an enclosed walled garden with single queen palm.

Under the covered lanai, we have provided a rectangular patio table with 5 chairs & box seat so you could also enjoy meals alfresco. 

Also under the covered lanai, we have provided an outdoor kitchen with built-in gas BBQ with overhead extractor, preparation countertop and inset sink unit.

The master bedroom off the living room with views onto the rear gardens has been furnished with a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, small chest of drawers with wall-mounted LCD cable TV above and walk-in wardrobe.

The connecting ensuite bathroom has a walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and WC. 

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The galleried landing with views down to the living room below leads to the second master bedroom to the left and bedrooms 3 & 4 to the right.

The second large master bedroom has been furnished with a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, small chest of drawers with wall-mounted LCD cable TV above.

This bedroom also enjoys access to its own private balcony with 2 quality sun loungers.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, his & her sinks and WC. Off the bathroom, there is a walk-in wardrobe.

The bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds with matching shared nightstand, small chest of drawers with wall-mounted LCD cable TV above, walk-in wardrobe and sliding patio door access to a private balcony with views to the front of the home.

The ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, single vanity and WC.

We provide free high-speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the townhouse. Just bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone to connect to internet and email.

There is also free WiFi in the clubhouse and community pool area.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our townhouse has a hotel style electronic card entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa any time of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up at reception in the clubhouse, check-in where you will issued with a hotel-style room card. Then head to the townhouse and park up. The card reader lock will enable you to gain entry to the vacation home so your holiday can begin - NO STRESS !!

We provide a laptop-size safe for your valuables.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

We prefer payment in US DOLLARS, however if you request a quote in BRITISH POUNDS and you decide to book, you will be advised that the prices will be converted into US DOLLARS where you will have the opportunity to review the US DOLLAR prices and if happy, accept them before proceeding with the online booking.

In place of a security deposit, we charge a one-off $75 non-refundable insurance premium in addition to the rental costs quoted on the website. On confirming a booking we will add the premium to the money owed and advise of this by email.

It is only a 2-minute walk to the excellent resort clubhouse and community pool.
