The living room, at the front of the villa, offers two, three seater sofas, one of which converts to a very comfortable double bed.  This room is used generally for quiet reading time, or watch the LED HD cable TV in peace and enables you to have a few moments away from the kids if required !!

Adjacent to the living room, the dining area offers a glass table with 6 fine upholstered chairs. This table can easily seat more guests if required.

The family room leads out to the pool lanai, through the patio doors that are alarmed for yours and your young childrens safety. The room consists of two, three seater sofas, coffee table, side tables, and a large 50" LED Smart HD TV with Xbox 360 games console.

The Kitchen is fully equipped as you would imagine, and includes a full size cooker, dish washer, garbage disposal, kettle, blenders, toaster etc. All you would ever need to prepare whatever meal or snack that you wish.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the breakfast nook with a glass table served by six upholstered chairs.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, tumble drier, iron, and ironing board for your use if you should so wish.

Very large bedroom, with a king sized bed, various chests of drawers, LED HD TV and very large walk in wardrobe.

The ensuite bathroom offers twin vanity units, a very large shower area, seperate lockable WC, and a garden tub bath. A hairdrier is also located on the wall for the use by guests.

This bedroom has a queen sized bed with chest of drawers, bedside drawers, LED HD TV with DVD and built in wardrobes.

These bedrooms each feature 2 twin sized beds, chests of drawers, LED HD TV with DVD, and built in wardrobes.

The Jack & Jill bathroom serves bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 as well as a family bathroom. It has a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit.

The games room is equipped with a pool table for your entertainment.

The pool area around our villa is probably the only one of its kind in Highlands Reserve. The raised rear walling at the rear of the pool being perfect to enhance privacy whilst swimming and sunbathing. The waterfall feature providing a very relaxing ambience to the long summer days around the pool.

The pool also has lighting for evening use and is heated (supplement applies) making it the perfect way to enjoy your vacation in piece and privacy.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

To prevent small children wandering into the unsupervised pool there are pool-door alarms so you know your children are safe.

There are 6 sun loungers in the pool area in addition to the large circular table and chairs that are located in the lanai.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we have provided a free gas BBQ for use by the poolside. Please note that replacement gas refills are not included but can be purchased cheaply from the local gas station.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a fully monitored alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

We also provide a safe for your valuables.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

It's a 20 - 25 minutes walk to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix with a gas station, Applebee's restaurant, IHOP restaurant, Chinese takeaway, English bar & fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... 

Across the road from Berry Town is a large CVS Pharmacy & Dollar discount store.

There is also a 24hr WalMart Superstore just 10 minutes drive up the US27, or if you travel 13 miles south on the US27 you will find an ALDI store.

On the US192 you will find a great selection of popular restaurants within a 15-minute drive including the excellent Manny's Chophouse, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Millers Alehouse, Texas Roadhouse, Joe's Crab Shack, Carrabba's, TGI Fridays, Bonefish Grill and loads more...
