As you enter the villa you find the living room with 2 sofas with seating for up to 6 to watch the large LCD cable TV with DVD player. 

Adjacent to the living room in the corner is the dining area with large dining table with 6 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining.

In the corner, there is also a computer desk with an internet-connected desktop computer & inkjet printer so you can print off your boarding passes before heading home.

The comfortably furnished room with direct access & views to pool deck offers a red leather sofa and reclining armchair for you to relax and watch the large LCD cable TV with DVD player.

The kitchen has all the amenities including dishwasher, ceramic stove with oven, built-in microwave, stainless steel refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, in-sink waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster & electric kettle.

In the kitchen, there is also a table with 5 chairs where you can enjoy breakfast or just chat over coffee or tea.

Additional seating on 2 bar stools is provided at the breakfast bar.

The large master bedroom with its wonderful views and private access onto the pool deck has been furnished with a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers with large LCD cable TV & DVD above, alarm clock, built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a Roman bath, a large walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and WC.

The second large master bedroom has been furnished with a queen-sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers with large LCD cable TV with DVD above, alarm clock, wall mounted mirror, built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan.

The connecting ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity sink and WC. 

This subtle Mickey themed bedroom comes equipped with 2 x twin sized beds, matching dresser with a mirror above, ceiling fan and large built-in wardrobe.

This bedroom with views onto the pool deck comes equipped with 2 x twin sized beds with matching nightstand, chest of drawers and ceiling fan.

Both twin bedrooms are served by the remaining family bathroom (between the 2 bedrooms). There is a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The villa benefits from a 23ft x 12ft screened pool with 2 swivel sun lounger chairs with footstools, sofa and a patio table and 6 chairs under the extendable awning.

Enjoy watching the sunsets from our north-west facing private pool with attractive conservation views and privacy fencing to both sides. 

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

For toddler safety, there is also a pool safety fence which can be removed if not needed.

All towels and linens are provided for your comfort and convenience. This will allow you to pack the bare minimum of clothing and NO bulky towels needed as these are provided so that you can fill up your cases on the way home with all your bargains bought from the many shopping malls.

Please note there are separate towels provided for the pool area.

If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

Free US long distance & local telephone calls.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to Highlands Reserve. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has a key box, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the code and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a fully monitored ADT alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

We also provide a safe for your valuables.

It's a 12-minute walk to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix with a gas station, Applebee's restaurant, IHOP restaurant, Chinese takeaway, English bar & fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... 

Across the road from Berry Town is a large CVS Pharmacy & Dollar discount store.

There is also a 24hr WalMart Superstore just 10 minutes drive up the US27, or if you travel 13 miles south on the US27 you will find an ALDI store.

On the US192 you will find a great selection of popular restaurants within a 15-minute drive including the excellent Manny's Chophouse, Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Millers Alehouse, Texas Roadhouse, Joe's Crab Shack, Carrabba's, TGI Fridays, Bonefish Grill and loads more...
