The family room is adjacent to the kitchen & dining area and has 2 leather sofas (one with manual recliner) providing seating for up to 6.  For your entertainment, there is another cable TV.  Patio doors provide direct access onto the pool deck

The large fully-equipped kitchen with American side-by-side refrigerator with ice & water dispenser, large oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, waste disposer, crockery, cutlery and even an electric can opener - everything you could possibly need to create anything from a snack to a 3 course meal.

The dining area adjacent to the kitchen, has ample seating for up to 6 around a spacious dining table.

The laundry room next to the kitchen is fitted with full size front loading washing machine and tumble dryer. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

This bedroom is located to the front of the villa and has a window facing the morning sun, a queen size bed, ceiling fan, 26" wall mounted HD LCD/LED cable TV and walk-in wardrobe.

This ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, single vanity unit and WC. It is also shared with the ground floor during the day.

Our games room comes with a 7' pool table, 7' air hockey table, and electronic dart board.  We have twin celiing fans and a sofa for spectators.

We have provided 2 sun loungers and a patio table with 6 chairs for your comfort.  Two of the chairs recline and with two matching foot-stools which when combined make a total of 4 loungers.

The spa and pool can be heated for an additional charge (recommended from November to March).

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $60/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

The exceptionally large master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, settee, 50" LCD TV, alarm clock radio and walk-in wardrobe

The en-suite bathroom has a large corner bath, a large walk-in shower, twin vanity units and a separate WC bathroom scales and hair dryer.

There are two twin bedrooms and one Queen bedroom.   The Queen and one twin (butterfly) each have a flat screen 32" wall mounted HD LCD/LED TV.  The other twin has a flat screen 32" HD LED TV.  All have ceiling fans and a built-in wardrobes.

The large family bathroom has twin vanity units, a bath with shower over and WC.

We provide free high-speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck. Just bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone to connect to internet and email.

We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a cot (crib), highchair, stroller, which are all provided free of charge.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to hygiene reasons and that parents usually prefer to bring their own.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on traveling to the beach on either coastline, we provide a selection of beach towels or you can purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a fully monitored alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

We also provide a safe for your valuables.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located only 5-6 minutes away. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

Its a 20 - 25 minutes walk to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix with gas station, Applebees restaurant, IHop restaurant, Chinese takeaway, English bar & fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... 

Across the road from Berry Town is a large CVS Pharmacy & Dollar discount store.
