The pleasant breakfast nook overlooks the covered porch and pool deck with direct access through sliding patio doors and has a table with 4 chairs, plus an additional 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a corridor leading to twin bedrooms 3 & 4, the family bathroom and the laundry room and the spacious double garage for the use of our guests.

The laundry room comes with a large top loading washing machine and tumble dryer, providing our guests with all the necessary items they will need if they want to do their laundry including an iron and ironing board. So no need to bring too many clothes - save the space in your luggage for all those cheap designer clothes at the outlet malls.

The elegant and spacious king master has private direct access onto the pool deck via sliding patio doors. There is a large walk in wardrobe, 32'' LCD HDTV with DVD and alarm clock radio.

The large ensuite bathroom includes a large Jacuzzi bathtub with his & hers sinks either side, large walk-in shower, and separate WC. We have also provided a hairdryer for your convenience.

The large pool with sunny north east facing deck has fantastic views over the fabulous golf course.  We have provided 6 sun loungers for your sun bathing comfort, a swing seat, 2 patio tables with total of 8 chairs with one set on the deck and the other under the shady covered lanai with ceiling fan and wall mounted flat screen LCD TV

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not endulge yourself in the bubbling built-in & raised octagonal spa ?

To prevent small children wandering into the unsupervised pool there are pool-door alarms so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $68/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

We prefer payment in US Dollars, however if the booking has been made in BRITISH POUNDS we will convert into US Dollars at the prevailing rate, at the time of booking.
