Entrance Foyer
As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway leading off to the dining room on the right and staircase leading to bedrooms on the left. The hallway then leads onto the spacious oipen plan family room & kitchen beyond.

The comfortably furnished room with views to pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the large LCD HD TV with DVD player with selection of DVD's.
Kitchen
Luxury kitchen has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster & kettle.
Breakfast Nook
The pleasant breakfast nook with views overlooking the pool deck and conservation views beyond. There is a table and 4 chairs plus and additional 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar.
Cloakroom
Located adjacent to the laundry room and staircase, is equipped with a single vanity and WC
Laundry Room
The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.
Master 1 Bedroom
The large master bedroom with it’s wonderful views over the pool deck has been furnished with a king sized bed, matching nightstands, LCD TV mounted in cabinet with drawers below and alarm clock.
The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a bath, large walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks, walk-in wardrobe and separate WC. We also provide a hair dryer.
Games Room
The games room is equipped with a pool table and LCD TV with PlayStation and 3 sofas.
Rental Gas BBQ
For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $68/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.
WiFi Internet Access
We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

Baby Equipment Rental
We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.
Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.
Keybox Entry
No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has a key box, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the code and your holiday can begin !!
