West facing pool with a magnificent views of the Golf Course. The sun shines all day on the sun deck, and in the evenings you have the most magnificent sunsets. There is a large covered patio with shaded area and patio table seating 6, where you can enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer in the shade

Take in the breath-taking views over the fairways while you sit and unwind in our spectacular pool, whether you have had a hard days golfing or a whole day at one of the many theme parks just a stone throw away.

The pool deck is equipped with 4 sun loungers to enjoy the whole day sunshine. The pool can be heated at extra cost if required.

The villa is a no smoking home, but you are welcome to smoke on the pool deck or covered porch area, as long as the patio dors are closed.

Gas BBQ available at extra cost $50 per week including tools, gas and cleaning after use. Please request this in booking form if needed.

Family room has direct access to the large pool deck and is furnished with a 3 seater sofa, 2 love seats, cocktail table, side tables, large entertainment center housing a 55" HD Smart TV with DVD player and movie package.

We converted the old dining room into a lovely relaxing living room furnished with a 3 seater queen sized sofa bed, cocktail table, desk with chair.

The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for 12 persons and includes a large American style fridge freezer with ice & water dispenser, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, large oven, hob, microwave, crockery and cutlery.

The dining area located to the rear of the kitchen in the feature bay window overlooking the pool deck.  It is the perfect size for entertaining or for simply having a romantic meal. The light and airy dining area has a dining table seating 8 comfortably and being next to the kitchen, it ensures entertaining is totally stress free.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The large master bedroom is comfortably furnished in cherry colour with a King size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands with lamps and 42" flat screen cable TV.  From the master bedroom there is access to the pool deck through sliding doors.

The en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom with his & hers vanities, large corner bath and exceptionally large walk-in shower. The toilet is situated in a separate room adjacent to the bathroom.

With Queen sized bed with dressing table, bedside nightstands and 32" flat screen cable TV. All furniture in cherry colour. This bedroom has a lovely view of the golf course.

The ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over, sink and WC and has direct access to the pool deck.

This twin bedded room has 2 nightstands and a cable TV. This room is fitted with bedding in an All American Sports theme. This bedroom is furnished in pine.

The games room is equipped with pool table and table tennis - you will never have to complain that there is nothing to do

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

There are a cot (crib) and a highchair which are provided free of charge. 

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has a key box, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the code and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a fully monitored alarm system for your security and peace of mind.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located on Highlands Reserve. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

We prefer payment in US DOLLARS, however if the booking has been made in BRITISH POUNDS we will convert into US DOLLARS at the prevailing rate, at the time of booking.
