As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway leading off to the second master bedroom to the left and garage to the right.

The hallway then leads to the kitchen and spacious family room / dining area beyond.

Luxury chef's kitchen with granite counter tops and quality stainless steel appliances has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender & toaster.

The breakfast bar comes with 4 comfortable bar stools to offer an additional informal dining space.

The comfortably furnished room with great views onto the pool deck offers ample seating on three large sofas for you to relax and watch the large wall mounted LED cable TV.

Adjacent to the family room in the corner is the beautifully decorated dining area with large dining table with 10 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining.

Sliding patio doors lead out onto the pool deck.

The large master bedroom has been furnished with a king sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers with large LCD cable TV above, armchair and walk-in wardrobe.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a large spa bath, large walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and separate WC. We also provide a hairdryer. 

This bathroom also serves as the pool bathroom during the day.

The second master bedroom with London skyline feature wall and wonderful views over the front gardens has been furnished with a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers with large LCD cable TV above and built-in wardrobe.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a walk-in double shower, his & hers vanity unit and WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

This bathroom is configured as a Jack & Jill and so also serves as a family bathroom during the day.

The large pool with north-west facing deck has 4 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort. Under the shady lanai we have provided a large rattan patio table with 8 matching padded chairs plus an additional rattan sofa, coffee table and 2 matching rattan padded chairs.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children wandering into the unsupervised pool so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $68/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

The large seating area located at the top of the stairs has a sectional sofa, 2 armchairs and large wall mounted LED cable TV with DVD player which is an ideal place to escape the buzz and excitement of downstairs, for some real relaxation time to watch a movie. For your additional comfort, there is also a ceiling fan.

The games room off the entertainment loft area is equipped with a variety of activities for all ages and interest. With a pool table, air hockey and large wall mounted LCD cable TV - you will never have to complain that there is nothing to do.

For your comfort, there is a raised round table with 3 bar stools whilst you wait your turn to play.

Serving the loft area, games room and bedroom 8, this family bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit. We also provide a hairdryer.

This bedroom comes equipped with a queen sized bed with matching nightstands and chest of drawers with LCD cable TV above and walk-in wardrobe.

The shared Jack & Jill bathroom serves both bedrooms 3 & 4 directly plus bedroom 7 off the landing and features a walk-in shower cubicle, double vanities, and WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

This bedroom comes equipped with a queen sized bed with matching nightstands and chest of drawers with LCD cable TV above and walk-in wardrobe.

This pink princess themed bedroom comes equipped with 2 x twin sized 4 poster beds with a matching nightstand and chest of drawers with LCD cable TV above. Within the room, we also have a pink chandelier and built-in wardrobe.

The shared Jack & Jill bathroom serves both bedrooms 5 & 6 and features a walk-in shower cubicle, double vanities, and WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

This bedroom with Paris skyline feature wall comes equipped with a king sized bed with matching nightstands, chest of drawers with large LCD cable TV above and built-in wardrobe.

This bedroom with Finding Nemo feature wall comes equipped with 2 bunk beds (twin over full-size) and chest of drawers with LCD cable TV above and built-in wardrobe. This bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably.

This Mickey & Minnie themed bedroom comes equipped with 2 x twin sized beds with a matching nightstand and chest of drawers with LCD cable TV above. Within the room, we also have a built-in wardrobe.

We provide free high-speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck. Just bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone to connect to internet and email.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

The laundry facilities located in a cupboard at the top of the stairs and provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the unique numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a fully monitored alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

We also provide a safe for your valuables.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

It is only an 8-minute walk to the excellent resort Oasis Club at ChampionsGate with its two pools including a waterpark with splash zone, lazy river, poolside tiki bar with cabanas, hot tubs, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, clubhouse bar and restaurant, games room, movie theatre, fitness centre, sundry shop and children's play center. Guests on Champions Gate have free access to this waterpark facility.

The excellent 18-hole championship golf course, pro-shop, restaurant, and bar are just a short drive away.

The ChampionsGate village shops, supermarket and many restaurants & bars are only an 8-minute car journey away off ChampionsGate Blvd.

There is also the Berry Town Centre just 10 minutes up the US27 where you will find even more shops, bars & restaurants to choose from and a Walmart another 10 minutes further north on the US27.
