As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway leading off to bedroom 6 & adjacent bathroom to the left, followed by the staircase to additional bedrooms upstairs.

The hallway then leads to the spacious open plan living space with luxury kitchen, dining area and family room beyond.

Luxury kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster & kettle.

The breakfast bar offers additional seating for 4 on comfortable bar chairs.

This beautifully decorated dining area with lovely views over the pool deck, offers a large dining table with 8 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining. There is a direct access onto the pool deck via sliding patio doors.

The comfortably furnished room with direct access & views to pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the large LCD TV with DVD player.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

This bedroom features a queen sized bed with matching nightstands, chest of drawers with LCD cable TV above, built-in wardrobe, and alarm clock.

Adjacent to bedroom 6 is this shared bathroom with a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit.

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children wandering into the unsupervised pool plus a pool-door alarm so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $58/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

The large seating area located at the top of the stairs has an L shaped leather sectional sofa set and a large projection TV / Screen with DVD & surround sound.

The large master bedroom with its wonderful views over the pool deck has been furnished with a king sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers, walk-in wardrobe, LCD cable TV and alarm clock.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a bath, large walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and separate WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

The second large master bedroom with its wonderful dual aspect views over the front gardens has been furnished with a king sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers, walk-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, LCD cable TV and alarm clock.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in double shower, his & hers vanity sinks and WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

This bedroom with views over the pool deck comes equipped with a queen sized bed with matching nightstands and chest of drawers. Within the room, we also have an LCD cable TV, alarm clock and large built-in wardrobe

Both bedrooms 3 & 4 are served by this family bathroom (between the 2 bedrooms). There is a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit.

This Mickey Mouse themed bedroom comes equipped with a bunk bed (twin over twin) with a chest of drawers with LCD cable TV above and large built-in wardrobe

This bedroom with views onto front gardens and features a king sized bed with matching nightstands, chest of drawers with LCD cable TV above, built-in wardrobe & alarm clock.

Adjacent to bedroom 5 is the family bathroom with bath & shower over, WC and built-in sink unit.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

It is only an 8-minute walk to the excellent resort Oasis Club at ChampionsGate with its two pools including a waterpark with splash zone, lazy river, poolside tiki bar with cabanas, hot tubs, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, clubhouse bar and restaurant, games room, movie theatre, fitness centre, sundry shop and children's play center. Guests on Champions Gate have free access to this waterpark facility.

The excellent 18-hole championship golf course, pro-shop, restaurant, and bar are just a short drive away.

The ChampionsGate village shops, supermarket and many restaurants & bars are only an 8-minute car journey away off ChampionsGate Blvd.

There is also the Berry Town Centre just 11 minutes up the US27 where you will find even more shops, bars & restaurants to choose from and a Walmart another 10 minutes further north on the US27.
