As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway leading off to the master 2 bedroom on the left and laundry room & games room to the right. The hallway then leads onto the spacious open plan family room & kitchen beyond.

The comfortably furnished room with direct sliding patio door access & views to pool deck offers 3 comfortable leather sofas for all to relax and watch the 60" LCD cable TV. For your additional comfort, there is a ceiling fan.

The door in the corner leads to pool bathroom and sliding patio doors lead onto the pool deck.

The luxury kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster & kettle.

The breakfast bar has 4 bar stools and is ideal for light snacks and breakfast.

This beautifully decorated dining room off the kitchen offers a large dining table with 10 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining. 

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The second large master bedroom with its wonderful views over the front gardens has been furnished with a king sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, 40" LCD cable TV & cordless telephone.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a walk-in double shower, granite countertop with inset his & hers sinks & WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

The games room is equipped with a variety of activities for all ages and interest. With an 8' pool table which converts into table tennis, air hockey, table foosball, darts & wall mounted 32" LCD cable TV.

For your comfort there is a tall table with 4 bar stools while you wait for your turn to play - you will never have to complain that there is nothing to do

This bathroom off the family room, serves as the pool bathroom as well as serving the family room. There is a large walk-in shower, built-in sink unit with granite countertop & WC.

The large pool with sunny north facing deck has no direct rear neighbours.  We have provided 4 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and a large patio table with 6 chairs and sectional rattan sofa set under the shady covered lanai.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $58/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

The large seating area located at the top of the stairs has a sectional leather sofa providing comfortable seating to watch the 40" LCD cable TV with DVD player. For your additional comfort, there is a ceiling fan.

The Jack & Jill bathroom serves both bedrooms 3 & 4 and features a walk-in shower cubicle, granite countertop with his & hers vanities and WC. We also provide a hair dryer.

This bedroom comes equipped with a queen-sized bed with matching nightstands, wall mirror, chest of drawers with 40" LCD cable TV above and built-in wardrobe.

This bathroom serves bedroom 5 and the loft area and comes with a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit with granite countertop. We also provide a hair dryer.

This bedroom with views over the pool deck has a queen sized bed with matching nightstands, wall mirror, chest of drawers with 40" LCD cable TV above and built-in wardrobe.

The ensuite bathroom with shower, granite countertop with single vanity and WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a fully monitored alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

It is only a 5-minute walk to the excellent resort Oasis Club at ChampionsGate with its two pools including a waterpark with splash zone, lazy river, poolside tiki bar with cabanas, hot tubs, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, clubhouse bar and restaurant, games room, movie theatre, fitness centre, sundry shop and children's play center. Guests on Champions Gate have free access to this waterpark facility.

The excellent 18-hole championship golf course, pro-shop, restaurant, and bar are just a short drive away.

The ChampionsGate village shops, supermarket and many restaurants & bars are only a 9-minute car journey away off ChampionsGate Blvd.

There is also the Berry Town Centre just 10 minutes up the US27 where you will find even more shops, bars & restaurants to choose from and a Walmart another 7 minutes further north on the US27.
