As you enter the home you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway leading off to queen bedroom 4 and adjacent bathroom on the left. The hallway then leads past the stairs to the spacious open plan living room, kitchen & dining area beyond.

As you enter the main fully tiled living space, you find the attractive dining area with views onto the pool deck, offering a large dining table with 8 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining. Sliding patio doors offer direct access to the pool deck.

The luxury kitchen with quality countertops and quality stainless steel appliances has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender and toaster.

The breakfast bar offers seating for informal dining for 4 persons on bar stools.

The spacious and attractively furnished living room with a large sofa and 2 armchairs provide a comfortable space to watch the large wall mounted LCD cable TV.

Sliding patio doors lead to the pool deck.

This bedroom with views onto the front gardens comes equipped with a king sized bed with matching nightstands and chest of drawers with wall mounted LCD cable TV above and built-in wardrobe.

Situated adjacent to bedroom #4 is the family bathroom with shower cubicle, single vanity and WC. 

The L shaped plunge pool with east facing private enclosed deck has been provided with 2 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort & a patio table with 6 chairs under the shady covered lanai.

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we have provided a free gas BBQ for use by the poolside. Please note that replacement gas refills are not included but can be purchased cheaply from the local gas station.

The large master bedroom with views over the front gardens has been furnished with a king sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers with wall mounted LCD cable TV, full height floor standing mirror and a large built-in wardrobe.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, his & hers sinks and separate WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

This Minions themed bedroom comes equipped with 1 twin over full-size bunk bed plus 1 additional twin size bed, chest of drawers with wall mounted LCD cable TV above and large built-in wardrobe.

This bedroom comes equipped with a queen sized bed with matching nightstands, chest of drawers with wall mounted LCD cable TV above and large built-in wardrobe.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 are served by the remaining family bathroom (opposite to the 2 bedrooms) and is equipped with a walk-in shower, WC and built-in double sink unit. 

The laundry facilities located in a cupboard at the top of the landing provides a washing machine & tumble dryer for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

We provide free high-speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the townhouse and pool deck. Just bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone to connect to internet and email.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our townhouse has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the townhouse anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

It is only an 10-minute walk to the excellent resort Oasis Club at ChampionsGate with its two pools including a waterpark with splash zone, lazy river, poolside tiki bar with cabanas, hot tubs, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, clubhouse bar and restaurant, games room, movie theatre, fitness centre, sundry shop and children's play center. Guests on Champions Gate have free access to this waterpark facility.

The excellent 18-hole championship golf course, pro-shop, restaurant, and bar are just a short drive away.

The ChampionsGate village shops, supermarket and many restaurants & bars are only a 9-minute car journey away off ChampionsGate Blvd.

There is also the Berry Town Centre just 10 minutes up the US27 where you will find even more shops, bars & restaurants to choose from and a Walmart another 7 minutes further north on the US27.
