As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway leading off to the kitchen on the left and staircase, laundry room, ground floor cloakroom to the right. The hallway then leads onto the spacious family room beyond.

Luxury kitchen with granite countertops and quality stainless steel appliances has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender & toaster.

Adjacent to the kitchen with great views and direct access onto pool deck via sliding patio doors, is the beautifully decorated dining area with large dining table with 8 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining.

Additional seating is provided at the breakfast bar with 4 comfortable bar chairs.

The comfortably furnished room with views onto the pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the very large wall-mounted LCD cable TV.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The second large master bedroom has been furnished with a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers with large LCD cable TV above.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom is divided into 2 rooms with a walk-in double shower & WC in one room and his & her vanity sinks in the other room. We also provide a hairdryer. 

The ensuite bathroom also serves as the pool bathroom.

The large pool with west-facing block paved deck has open views and enjoys stunning nightly sunsets.  We have provided 2 comfortable rattan sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort, a patio table with 6 chairs under the shady covered lanai. 

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $58/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

The large seating area located at the top of the stairs has a large sectional sofa and a large wall-mounted LCD cable TV, which is an ideal place to escape the buzz and excitement of downstairs, for some real relaxation time. 

The large master bedroom with its wonderful views over the pool deck has been furnished with a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers with large LCD cable TV above and walk-in wardrobe.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a large Roman bath, large walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

This Disney Frozen themed bedroom comes equipped with 2 x twin sized beds with a matching nightstand and chest of drawers with LCD cable TV above and built-in wardrobe.

Both the bedrooms #3 & #4 are served by the family bathroom and features a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit. We also provide a hairdryer.

This bedroom comes equipped with a queen-sized bed with matching nightstands and chest of drawers with LCD cable TV above and large built-in wardrobe.

This Star Wars themed bedroom comes equipped with twin beds, with matching nightstand and chest of drawers with LCD cable TV above and large built-in wardrobe.

This bedroom also has direct access to the Jack & Jill bathroom #4 shared with entertainment loft.

The shared Jack & Jill bathroom serves both bedrooms 5 & the entertainment loft area and features a walk-in shower cubicle with WC in a separate room and his & hers vanity sinks in the communal room. 

We provide free high-speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck. Just bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone to connect to internet and email.

Free US long distance & local phone calls.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

We prefer payment in US DOLLARS, however if you request a quote in BRITISH POUNDS and you decide to book, you will be advised that the prices will be converted into US DOLLARS where you will have the opportunity to review the US DOLLAR prices and if happy, accept them before proceeding with the online booking.

In place of a security deposit, we charge a one-off $75 non-refundable insurance premium in addition to the rental costs quoted on the website. On confirming a booking we will add the premium to the money owed and advise of this by email.

It is only a 12-minute walk (3-minute drive) to the excellent resort Oasis Club at ChampionsGate with its two pools including a waterpark with splash zone, lazy river, poolside tiki bar with cabanas, hot tubs, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, clubhouse bar and restaurant, games room, movie theatre, fitness centre, sundry shop and children's play centre. Guests on Champions Gate have free access to this waterpark facility.

The excellent 18-hole championship golf course, pro-shop, restaurant, and bar are just a short drive away.

The ChampionsGate village shops, supermarket and many restaurants & bars are only a 6-minute car journey away off ChampionsGate Blvd.

There is also the Berry Town Centre just 10 minutes up the US27 where you will find even more shops, bars & restaurants to choose from and a Walmart another 7 minutes further north on the US27.
