As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway leading onto the spacious open plan living space with family room, dining area and kitchen beyond.

Adjacent to the family room in the corner is the beautifully decorated dining area with large dining table with 8 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining.

The comfortably furnished room with cathedral ceiling and direct access & views to pool deck, offers ample seating for you to relax and enjoy the 50" LCD cable TV.

Luxury kitchen with granite countertops & stainless steel appliances has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, Keurig coffee maker, blender & toaster.

The breakfast bar has 4 bar stools for you to enjoy socialising around the kitchen.

The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The large master bedroom with its wonderful views over the pool deck has been furnished with a king sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers, large built-in wardrobe, 43" HCD cable TV & ceiling fan.

The connecting spacious ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and WC. 

This bedroom comes equipped with a queen sized bed with matching nightstands and chest of drawers. Within the room, we also have a 43" LCD cable TV, ceiling fan and large built-in wardrobe

This ground floor family bathroom is adjacent to bedroom 3 and also serves the ground floor living space. There is a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit. 

The games room is equipped with a variety of activities for all ages and interests. With a pool table & air hockey - the kid's will never have to complain that there is nothing to do

The large pool with an east facing deck with 3 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and a patio table with 4 chairs under the shady covered lanai.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $68/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

The seating area located at the top of the stairs has a 100" projection cable TV with DVD & surround sound and a sectional corner sofa, making it an ideal place to enjoy a movie or take yourself away from the action downstairs.

The large master bedroom with its wonderful views over the pool deck has been furnished with a king-sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers, large built-in wardrobe, 43" LCD cable TV & ceiling fan.

Both bedroom 3 and the loft area is served by this family bathroom. There is a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit. 

This bedroom comes equipped with 2 extra large full-sized beds with a nightstand and chest of drawers. Within the room, we also have a 43" LCD cable TV, ceiling fan and large built-in wardrobe

Opposite bedroom 4 and serving bedroom 4 and the loft area is the remaining family bathroom which comes equipped with a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit. 

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a fully monitored alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

We also provide a safe for your valuables.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

It is only an 8-minute walk to the excellent resort Oasis Club at ChampionsGate with its two pools including a waterpark with splash zone, lazy river, poolside tiki bar with cabanas, hot tubs, tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, clubhouse bar and restaurant, games room, movie theatre, fitness centre, sundry shop and children's play centre.

The excellent 18-hole championship golf course, pro-shop, restaurant, and bar are just a short drive away.

The excellent Champions Gate & Reunion golf courses are within a 10-minute drive from our villa.

It's a 9-minute drive to Champions Gate Village where you will find a Publix supermarket, Chili's Restaurant & Bar, Wendy's & McDonald's

Posner Park with its selection of shops and IMAX cinema are just a 12-minute drive away.
