A lovely villa set in a perfect location. David and Kim's villa is beautiful and without hesitation we will be back.
All the facitilties you will need, with plenty of room and felt like home as soon as we walked through the door. Great communication with all documentation and instructions.
Thank you for letting us use your villa, I wish I was still there.

We had a fabulous holiday in Florida staying at David & Kim's lovely house & we couldn't have been more comfortable.
We are a family of 6 adults a 5 & an 8 year old & a baby. The house is as lovely as it looks on the website but even more spacious in reality, there was more than enough room for all of us.
The fixtures & fittings in the house are excellent quality & the beds are really comfortable which helped after our busy days out.
Highlands Reserve is very well kept & close enough to all of Orlando's attractions.
David & Kim answered any questions we had & were very easy to deal with.
We really did have a great time in their lovely house & can't wait to return.

We have stayed in two previous villas in the same area, Highlands Reserve and this villa is by far the best. The villa was perfect for our family,young and old. Everything we needed was available.
The owners were extremely helpful during the booking and leading up to our holiday and the local management company were on-hand if required during our stay, which made the whole experience simple & relaxing.
Great location for everything Orlando has to offer! Good local restaurants and supermarket just minutes away.
Highly recommended for a great holiday in Orlando.

We had a very memorable stay at David and Kim's villa. It was the most immaculate villa we have ever stayed in. It was close to the theme parks, especially using David's suggested shortcut to Disney World. The facilities were modern and the whole villa was well maintained. We went to the nearby Publix Supermarket almost every day during our stay and were able to buy everything we needed. We also had the most delicious steaks at Manny's which is not far from the villa. Our son particularly enjoyed the swimming pool whilst we appreciated the views of the golf course from the pool area. We also found the management company very friendly and helpful and David and Kim provided us with loads of useful information. I would definitely recommend this villa.

We had visited friends who stayed here last winter and were very pleased when they bought a house nearby and we took over the rental for this winter. We were there for 8 weeks. The house is lovely and the layout worked very well for us and our visitors. Any problems we had were looked into in immediately and remedied asap. Highlands Reserve is a nice neighborhood and convenient to everything Orlando has to offer while being out of the city. Disney is close enough that you can hear the fireworks at night. Publix and restaurants are conveniently nearby. The golf course is fun to play but just a tad pricey for everyday. We all had a wonderful winter season there.

We have stayed on Highlands Reserve a few times previously and had an idea that Prestwick Drive was probably one of the best locations and after staying at this villa we would definitely agree that this is the case. The villa itself is fantastic, very spacious with amazing views overlooking the golf course. David and Kim have thought of everything when furnishing the villa and all the furnishings are very modern and comfortable. We flew out on the 23rd November and arrived early evening by which time it was dark but the lights had been left on to welcome us into the villa which was immaculately clean and tidy. Everything in the villa is really well maintained with no signs of wear and tear on anything. We had a wonderful two weeks and next time we return to Florida we will definitely be booking this villa!

Modern, comfortable and ideally placed. We had a very relaxing two weeks, great layout, seated six in the lounge area with ease and in comfort, office area with wifi,pool table and darts in the games room. Great view from the pool area, ideally placed for transport and amenities. We travel to highlands every year, stay in and around Birkdale, Prestwick, and this was the best house to date. We stayed at the house with our friends and their kids so there were 4 adults and 4 kids, one of the bedrooms was not even used! The house was immaculate and had everything that was required and even more! It was of a very high standard and the nicest house we have stayed in at Highland Reserve we will definitely return and highly recommend to anyone.

Our second visit to this wonderful villa - what can we say - fantastic as always. A true home from home. Furnished exceptionally throughout. The owners have thought of everything that you would need for your stay here. The description for the villa on the website does not do it justice - true luxury from the moment you step through the front door. Fabulously located on highlands reserve golf course with views across the fairways - ideal for sitting out and eating watching the golfers.
Local amenities nearby include a publix and good takeaways and restaurants. With a large Walmart approx 5 mins drive away. The villa is ideally placed for all the parks that you would want to get to on your Orlando adventure.
We cannot recommend this villa enough - roll on next year for our 3rd visit.

When looking for a holiday rental property I value genuine owners and accurate property descriptions. David & Kim were attentive and helpful owners from initial enquiry through to end of a memorable family holiday in their fantastic Orlando house. The property descriptions were accurate, and the virtual tour on their web site allowed us to have clear expectations before we arrived, we were not disappointed as the house absolutely matched and surpassed our expectations. As soon as we entered the property we immediately felt at home.
The house has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. It is spacious, in a quiet location and has great views over the golf course - great to watch the golfers pass by whilst enjoying breakfast by the pool! A short drive away is a well-stocked Publix supermarket, take-away’s and restaurant.
A minor maintenance item I needed help with was dealt with promptly and professionally by Kim & David’s local property managers which impressed me.
Our family holiday to Orlando staying at Kim & David’s property was a great success surpassing everything we expected. We really hope to be able to return to Kim & David’s property in the future and I would have no hesitation recommending these genuine owners and great house as an excellent base for an Orlando adventure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home is lovely and the views cannot be beat. The lanai is perfect for morning coffee as the sun sparkles across the golf course. The neighbourhood is very nice with necessary conveniences within a few minutes and an easy drive to Orlando attractions.
All amenities are to be found in the tasteful and nicely decoarated home and it would be very comfortable for a couple of families to share.

Firstly I have to say that I know David (property owner) through work however this is a genuine review of his property.
We are a family of husband & wife + 3 young children (ages 4,5 & 7). The house is huge and there were a couple of rooms that we did not even use. It is kept immaculately and very well decorated with a lot of love and consideration having obviously taken place. Each bedroom is well appointed with nice bedding and decent sized beds. The living area is very family friendly with a combined kitchen/diner/living space and cable TV is included.
All mod cons are in the property - dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. Towels are supplied.
The pool are is very nice - our kids were in it non-stop with a nice adult spa area.
A bonus was the games room with a pool table and darts board.
The property location is perfect for Disney/Seaworld. We made it door to door in under 20 mins every single day.
The house is set within a golf reserve that is immaculately maintained and provides entertaining viewing from the swimming pool area as you watch useless golf players with all the equipment making you look like Tiger Woods :-)
All in all a lovely stay and we cannot recommend this house enough.

David and Kim’s spacious villa is in a perfect location with everything you could need. It is furnished, decorated and equipped to a high standard and has a lovely atmosphere. We have never rented a villa privately before but everything was straightforward and David and Kim were very kind, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We would have no hesitation in returning to this villa or recommending to anyone planning a trip to Orlando. Thank you David and Kim!

This villa is of the highest standard - a real home from home. Very clean, tidy and with all the mod cons you could need. Lovely and spacious with a wonderful pool area with uninterrupted views over the golf course. All parks are within a short drive which is great. David and Kim (owners) are really helpful with any information that you need. Applebee's and Mannys chop house are great places to eat in. There is a Publix supermarket a two minute drive away where there is also good Chinese and Indian takeaways. We will be recommending you to all our family and friends and will definitely be back. Than you for a wonderful and memorable holiday.

Probably one of the best rental locations on Highlands Reserve overlooking the golf course. House well maintained and furnished to a high standard. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen and clean towels and bed linen.
Very convenient for Disney, ideal for popping home for a rest and swim before heading back for the evening. Local supermarket a few minutes away by car and a short ride to the 192 'strip' for all the restaurants you could need.
The plus of this house is that it offers privacy for two families, the main bedroom being separated by a hall and lounge offering the opportunity to come and go without disturbing the whole house.
Good communication with owner, would return without hesitation
