We would all like to say how much we really enjoyed our stay at your villa at Highland reserve. It was very spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The welcome pack was very much appreciated and was a very thoughtful touch. We loved the pool area with barbeque and the view over the golf course was wonderful. It was a great experience watching the hot air balloons flying close overhead most mornings. Your management company were also excellent and dealt with our issue very promptly. All in all your wonderful villa helped make our holiday very special and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends. -

I can't say enough good about your home but also appreciated the very dependable, assuring communications from you. My husband and I along with six grandkids and a very helpful son, have only wonderful memories of our time at Disney World and Villa 500. We have travelled many places around the world and this house met all of our expectations and more. While we spent time with three grandkids at the parks, our son spent a wonderful day at the house swimming and playing games with the other three. The home is very spacious so we never felt crowded. We lacked nothing! We loved the house and location overlooking the golf course in a very quiet neighbourhood. There was lots of privacy (many of the homes have pools facing each other but not this one). It was perfect! Everything was very clean and in very good order. I especially appreciated the comfortable master bedroom, great linens and towels which were like new and of excellent quality. At night my husband and I sat out by the pool and enjoyed a glass of wine after all the grandkids were in bed. And, it was a complete pleasure working with the owner who faithfully responded to all of our questions. We sure picked a good one. -

I would like to thank you for letting us stay at your villa - it was beautiful especially the views of the golf course. The kids loved the games room and the heated pool. This is definitely the best villa we have stayed in so far and will recommend to family and friends. -

We have stayed in many villas and we agree that yours is by far the nicest we have stayed in. It was clean and comfortable and everything you could possibly want. The pool toys went down a treat and so did the Wii and the games room. The food hamper that was left for us was such a lovely idea and saved us going shopping till the next day. Very nice touch. We would definitely want to stay in your villa again. -

We found the villa an excellent place to stay in Orlando. Close to supermarkets and shops, and convenient for the parks (5 minutes to I4), but also very quiet. The view out the back is great over the golf course, you don't feel overlooked, but it's much nicer than the normal view of a road, fence, or someone else's pool area! We will stay again. John -

Perfect for an Orlando family holiday, very spacious inside with a very large living area and 5 comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen is fantastic with quality equipment and plenty of cutlery and ware. The standard of decor is excellent and made for a very comfortable stay. A very generous welcome pack was provided to get us started and there is an excellent Publix supermarket just outside the complex and an Applebeees which is great for a reasonable meal. It was great to have wifi as well. The pool and lanai is above average in size and well maintained with comfortable seating. The view of the golf course from the villa and lanai is excellent. We didn't golf this time but the course is very accessible. There is a games room which is great for the kids. There is also access to a tennis court and larger pool, which we used as well. The whole experience was very pleasant and a great retreat from the hectic days at the parks. -

For having stayed already in this villa a few years ago, I must admit that we have been positively surprised to see how the villa has been improved by the new owners. The decorations are greater, the new furniture in the living areas, in the bedrooms and around the swimming pool give really a special and better touch to the villa, well more modern and more enjoyable. Also the new games room is fantastic, above all this great new pool table (adult size). The house was clean when we arrived and we enjoyed the welcome package you offer to your guest. We go to Orlando approximately every two years so definitely we will go back to the this villa. -

This was our ninth year of visiting Florida and would like to say that your villa was by far the best we have ever stayed in and great value for money. There is nothing that needs changing or improving, you have thought of everything. The welcome pack you supplied was absolutely amazing and extremely generous. I can honestly say that of the 10+ villas I have stayed in over the years your villa is the best. The owner is helpful, the grocery welcome pack is comprehensive and the villa itself is well appointed and ideally located, just off the 192. The only down side is that we couldn't stay longer! I would definitely recommend this villa. -

The stay in your villa has been excellent. The villa is very tastefully furnished to a high standard and spacious ideal for two families sharing. It is very relaxing everything at your finger tips with superb views of the golf course but at the same time quite private and quiet. Watch out for the hot air balloons early in the morning and the sky writing. I would definately recommend your villa to my friends and family, you won't be disappointed.
