Liked that things where so close dining, parks. Big family had fun with the game room especially the pool! Loved that it was as it was our own home everything we needed was there! will go back!

We (a family from Germany with two kids) spend a great time at that wonderful house. We all enjoyed the privat pool area and the kids had so much fun playing pool and airhockey in the gameroom. The house is only a short drive from Disney away and about 30 min from Universal and Sea World. Pam was helpful with little problems and we can highly recommend this houseand the house owner! It is perfect for a great family vacation around the parks. I hope we will hv the chance to come again. Thank you Pam!

We had a great time at this villa it had everything we needed for 2 weeks beds were very comfortable house was very clean pool was clean aswell would definitely recommend this villa to anyone we will definitely consider this villa again in the future

This was our first trip taking our kids to Disney World. We looked off site for housing due to the cost. We were so happy that we did! We loved having an incredible amount of space compared to a small resort hotel room. We also loved having our own private pool right outside our door. We were able to rent a grill through Pam so that we could save money on meals as well. We spent two long days at the parks and two shorter days so that we could swim when we got back. We only wish that we had more down time to spend at the house! But, if we spent the money on a Disney trip, we wanted to get our money's worth. Pam was always quick to answer any of our questions and was wonderful to work with. The distance to the Disney parks was less than 20 minutes, depending on traffic. Well worth it!
A visit to Disney is always fun and tiring. A swim, play or just a gentle float in the pool is a good way to unwind. We would love to welcome you back. Thanks again. Pam

The house is wonderful, the pool is Great, the game room was so much fun !!! The management company is great and very helpful if you have any questions. The beds very comfortable, the internet and the tvs work great The price can't be beat !!! Very nice area! Super close to Disney parks, food, ect. The only thing I would add is a second trash can in the kitchen. You need to separate your trash for recycling, it would have been easier if there were two trash cans. That is not a complaint only a suggestion. I can't wait to go again! Thank you for making my Vacation Soooo Special !!!!

This house was EVERYTHING we could have ever imagined! Thank you for the Christmas tree and ornaments for the holiday...it made our stay extra special! The house is beautiful and the updates are great! Plenty of space and very well kept. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we would love to stay here again next year (same dates).

This is the second time we have stayed at this villa and again we had a great holiday here. We loved the size, facilities and location when we stayed in 2014, but it has improved further since with a more modern kitchen, new furniture & a football table added to the games room. The location is ideal for Disney & Universal, and the villa itself is equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen & good quality towels & linen. The private pool and jacuzzi area is lovely to unwind after a long day out in the Florida sun. The secure gated community that this is in is very peaceful & well looked after. Really can't fault this property - hoping to return again in 2018!
