This place is awesome. We found it to be everything we wanted and needed. The amazing thing is that the things that we needed and didn't think about were provided for us. The owners have obviously paid attention to all of their previous visitors and collaborated the needs of all to improve ever guest experience. We were welcomed with a letter from Jan and Pete the owners, expressing how happy they were to have us. This made us feel right at home. The Villa had plenty of space and activities for our family. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The master bedroom was luxurious. The kitchen look smaller on the pictures, it was a joy to cook and serve in. Most importantly the location was perfect for the Disney Parks and wonderful shopping opportunities with outlet near by. I highly recommend "The Villa to anyone looking for a great place to have a great time. -

Villa is very clean and beautiful. The beds are beautiful and comfortable. The living room is very nice. They even have movies to watch. Also my kids love their game room. The neighborhood is in good location very safe. The pool is very clean and we'll maintain. Jan and Pete the owners are respectful and very nice. Pool is great. My kids. Love it especially night swimming after coming home from the park. The villa is close to disney. This. Is the best vacation ever. We will never Stay in the resort again. Definitely we will be back to to rent this villa again. Helen the manager is also nice and respectful. All I can say in this villa we love it. We cannot wait to go back. Thx jan and Pete for welcoming us into your villa. You provide us best vacation.

We come on holiday to Orlando every year and this is by far the best villa we have stayed at. As soon as we walked through the door we felt at home. It was very clean and had everything you needed and more. We were travelling with a one year old and a four year and the villa catered for everything we could ever need. The owners were fantastic and made you feel very welcome in their home and made sure you were having a lovely time and the management company provided a fantastic service when we needed to use them. The pool is in the perfect position and was still in the sun into the evening, the fixed gazebo was also an added bonus for shade for the kids. We loved our time here and wished we could have stayed for longer, but we will return next year.

We loved it from the moment we entered this home. Very clean and well equipped. Lovely furniture and tastefully decorated throughout. Owners and management team are very helpful and attentive. They clearly care about their guests. Highly recommended!

My Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay from January through march. The home was just beautiful and had everything we needed. It was very clean and well maintained, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, high quality furnishings and excellent TVs and cable service. The pool was great. The home is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood and close to shopping and entertainment. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. We are already looking forward to returning next year.
