Lovely large villa. Pool issue arose and was repaired the same day, so no fuss. Very relaxing on the golf course. Would recommend.

We had a lovely stay everything one could ask for, grandkids loved the pool and enjoyed the games room too.the adults loved chilling too when we were not at the parks. supermarket nearby Publix was great too. Many thanks Ian.

We stayed for 2 weeks in this lovely and comfortable villa. It is the second time we rented a villa from the owner, Ian Bowen. Making a reservation is very easy: we asked to hold the villa for us for a few days since we needed to check if airline tickets were available on the date we wanted to go. Communication with the owner is so pleasant, he responds very quickly.
Instructions on how to enter the villa are very clear. The villa has everything you need. During our stay, we needed to contact the management once. Very friendly people who helped us immediately.
If you are looking for a lovely villa, at a wonderful golfcourse: don't look any further and book this villa!

I’ve stayed at this lovely villa with friends and family on three occasions, in 2009, 2015 and 2018.
We have found it extremely easy to book on each occasion, the villa has a UK based owner who answered any queries we had promptly.
We were sent detailed instructions on how to find and access the property. Inside the property are detailed guides for how everything works within the villa and information about the surrounding area, theme parks, useful guides etc.
The villa has 6 good-sized bedrooms and there’s plenty of space in the villa for 12 guests to live comfortably.
The pool is a lovely size and in the sun all day. There is enough furniture both inside and outside the villa for all guests. The garage is used as a large games room.
The villa is in a great location, very peaceful, overlooking the golf course and within walking distance of the local supermarket, takeaways and bars.
The management company is based locally, we’ve had a few minor issues during our stays but these have generally been sorted out quickly.
I would recommend this villa to anyone travelling in a large party and look forward to my next visit.Catherine

Stayed here for 17 Days. Beautiful house with plenty of room for all the family. The living room had plenty of seating to accommodate everybody and the adjoining kitchen and dining was perfect.
The pool and patio area got the sun from breakfast to sunset and was nice and private as it overlooked the golf course.
Would definitely come back again next year.
