Mary & Colin’s villa on Orange Tree was recommended to us by a work colleagues family.
We had never booked a villa from an owner before and Mary explained everything and answered all our concerns in a professional (friendly) manner.
The villa is huge, more than enough room for our family of 8, 4 adults & 4 children. The little ones (our son aged 4 and our daughter aged 6) loved the Disney themed room and all the dressing up clothes.
We had a great time the villa offered everything we needed. When we arrived there was a welcome basket which really did come in handy, as we didn’t stop at the grocery store enroute to the villa. The children just wanted to get to the villa to jump in the pool. They did!! That was brilliant seeing the children laughing and splashing, they certainly slept well that night. My parents were over joyed seeing their grand children having so much fun.
The parks were a little busy but we done what we planned each day with the help of fast passes, which Mary explained how to do.
We would have no hesitation of recommending Magnolia Tree 1 Villa to anyone looking to visit Orlando. Our holiday was a dream come true, thank you Mary you were a delight to book our villa holiday with. We will return.
