The property is found in a pleasant and well kept estate very close to the Disney theme parks and the amenities of the US Route 192. Going through the front door, a hallway leads to a large kitchen/diner/lounge with access to each of the five bedrooms as well as to the garage/games room and the utility room.
Everyone in our family felt at home immediately and made good use of all the facilities, from the large TVs with great cable service, to the excellent Wi-Fi coverage, to the pool table and air hockey, and not forgetting the lovely pool that was most welcoming at the end of each day after a hard day's "theme parking". While we could have hosted a great dining experience using all the many kitchen appliances available, the oven was only used once to heat some pizzas as mostly we ate in the many fine local restaurants.
Right after booking the owner established communication with me and sent very useful information. He was always very helpful for all my questions and gave prompt responses. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to my friends and family, and will definitely be considering all the owner's properties for future stays in Florida.

When looking for a villa we considered 2 attributes as critical. Firstly it had to be close to the Disney, Universal and Sea World parks, and it also had to have at least 3 bathrooms. We settled on Villa Luja as it appeared to fill these criteria completely. It is easy enough to be confident that you have booked a place with the right number of bathrooms, and the villa had 4, so plenty to go round. It was the location and ease of access that really confirmed we had made the right choice. Access was 10 minutes to Disney, and just slightly longer to Universal.
The villa was clean when we arrived and had all the necessities and everything worked as expected. We did experience a few problems during the 3 weeks we stayed in the villa, but most were minor:
1. We had a problem with the broadband, but this was fixed the same day.
2. A couple of light bulbs in the ceiling light blew, but those were sorted immediately.
3. The flush on one toilet allowed water to continually flow in to the bowl. This was fixed within a day.
The only serious problem we had was a failure of the air conditioning. This failed on the weekend, but we could not have asked more of the villa management team. They were on it immediately that we contacted them and it was repaired on the Monday and the temperature was back to normal. Excellent service.
I would have absolutely no reservations recommending this property or the company to anyone looking to holiday in this area.

We stayed at Villa Luja recently and had a fantastic time. The Villa is clean and well stocked in the kitchen with all the amenities you could need. It has a good games room with lots of fun to be had in there. It is very close to Disney close enough that we were able to return in the afternoon for some fun in the pool when it was hot in the parks and there are lots of Restaurants / Supermarkets close by. I would recommend this villa and hope to return soon.

Having stayed in a number of villa's in Florida now, I can safely say this is one of the best. Security was excellent, and the premises were clean and well maintained. My young grandson loved the stuffed toys (which I had to buy duplicates of to take home!). According to his parents he slept better in the cot at the villa than at home. Location was excellent, in easy reach of the I4 and with plenty of reasonably priced restaurants a short drive away. I hope to return!
