Best holiday ever!
This was our second time staying at this villa and it was like coming home.
As regular Orlando visitors, it is important for us to be centrally located and this villa is close to the I4, the 192, Kissimmee and all the theme parks.
Right from the start, the owner (Linda) was responsive and answered any questions we had. Once the final payment was made, Linda sent through the details for the villa and the information was extensive. Then, when you arrive at the villa there is a folder with other details to help you while staying there (ie. taxi and restaurant details etc).
It is truly a home from home. Everything is thought of, the kitchen is fully equipped and the fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are all a great addition.
I would not hesitate in recommending this villa to anybody.
The pool area is the best we’ve had and the outlook over the lake is something special. With the early starts at the beginning of our holiday (jetlag ), it’s also lovely to watch the sun come up.
I can’t wait to go back and stay at this lovely villa. -

Perfect
Perfect villa a real home from home, lots of detail have been put into it, very spacious and the pool and view were very relaxing as were the chairs and we sat out every meal to enjoy it. -

This house is well-appointed and equipped for a large crowd. We had nine in our party and had plenty of room. Five bedrooms all with TV's (important for the kids)
Family room with TV, 2 separate den area's also with TV's.
Stereo in the well-appointed kitchen for those times you just don't feel like eating out again.
Very Clean!
Easy access
Well maintained property
Overall a fantastic vacation.
Would definitely do it again.

The response to my booking was super fast. I had great communication with the owner. The cost to rent the house was more than reasonable for the quality of home we stayed at. The description stayed the Master bedroom was on the first floor but it was actually on the second floor. The home had plenty of extras for the pool which was a perk as well as a great view from the pool. Great decor too. I would recommend and book again.

Apologies for the confusion with the Master bedroom location description but in the UK we use Ground and 1st Floor as against 1st & 2nd Floor as they do in the US. We have just returned from a family holiday staying in this lovely Villa. The facilities were excellent with little added extras that were unexpected that helped us all feel welcomed and relaxed. We decided on the option of having the pool heated and glad we did as the temp of the water in April would have been on the chilly side. The hot tub was like a bath and early morning swims and tea in the hot tub a great start to the day. The bedrooms are of a good size with the master bedroom having a walk-in closet as well as double sinks, double shower, bath and enclosed toilet. All the rooms had a TV with an internet dongle connected to loads of channels free of charge. Getting to and from the villa from the main Disney attractions was very easy with only 1 or 2 turns on a 25 minutes drive. Organising the booking and contacting Linda (the owner) was easy and all answers to questions and information required were provided very promptly and in detail. We were a party of 6 adults and 2 children and there was more than enough room for us all. Overall we would highly recommend this Villa, location and dealing with Linda.

Our eight-day vacation to Orlando was more than we imagined when we walked into this beautiful villa.. There were nine of us total and we never felt on top of each other, there was so much space and things to do in the house. I couldn’t keep my children out of the pool and the hot tub was a treat for the adults at the end of the day. The villa has every essential you can think of and is beautifully decorated. There was also an awesome playground just around the corner we walked to each morning for the boys to play on. Hopefully I will have the opportunity to visit this villa again.

It was a great villa, it made the holiday 10 times better. You look at the front of the villa and think 'WOW', but when you step inside... Well, there aren't even words to describe it. That's how great it was. The location was excellent, Walmart was just down the road which allowed us to get food and other necessities with no trouble at all. The area was really quiet and peaceful, which made our time in the villa that much more enjoyable, not having to worry about the surroundings. If we ever decide to go back, Linda(owner) will be the first person we contact. Everything was perfect!

I would highly recommend this home to stay in. It has absolutely everything you need. I stayed with my Husband & 3 Children & we had the best time. We can’t wait to go back. The communication between ourselves & the owner was also fabulous. Thank you!

A wonderful Villa. Truly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Calla Lily Villa in Kissimmee! Very comfortable, well-appointed home that was large enough to include our extended family. Beautiful, heated pool and spa with covered comfy outdoor furniture. Safe neighborhood with plenty of walking/jogging routes throughout the community. A very easy rental booking process with an extremely helpful and attentive owner who wants you to enjoy her home. We would love to return to this rental!!

Excellent villa location overlooking a lake, lots of wildlife. Villa has everything you'd need very comfortable and clean and well decorated. Outside pool/spa area was fantastic with plenty of sunbeds and seats. Close enough to the parks. Spent a fantastic 3 weeks there with family would definitely recommend and would book again.

If you want to stay in a villa that has got everything, then this is it. The villa is spacious and not overlooked and in a very quiet location with lots of space and a beautiful outlook over the lake. The pool deck has plenty of space and sun beds with a good sized pool and spa. Inside, the villa is fully equipped with everything that you could possibly want, there is plenty of space with all the furnishings of good quality, the bedrooms are very comfortable and each have televisions and WiFi with free telephone calls. There is a well equipped games room and three lounge areas to relax in if you decide to spend an evening at home. The villa is in an area called Crescent Lakes which has plenty of open space and play areas, it is easy to get around the state and the parks are only 15 to 20 mins away. We will definitely be returning and the sooner the better.

Great location close to Disney and other local attractions. Detailed instructions inside home to guide. However, Linda was just a phone call/email away in case we needed anything. Trust Linda's tips, you will save a lot of time. We will be returning next year and hoping to rent home on the next trip.

Thank you Linda for letting us stay in your villa in Kissimmee, it was everything you said it was. You made the whole experience so easy from the first email to the last and well documented Instructions covering everything from directions to the all the things we needed to know concerning your villa. The villa was spotlessly clean from top to bottom, with a lovely clean pool deck, and sparkling clean water both in the pool and spa. A big thank you for allowing us to stay longer on the day of departure due to a late flight. We would have no hesitation in recommending and booking you home in the future.
