We had a great time in Florida and the house was part of the fun. There were a couple minor things to attend to but the owner and management assistant took care of it quickly and communicated well with us. Other than that, house was very nice and the pool was a huge hit.

There were 13 of us from 7 months to 60 + + enjoying a family vacation in the fabulous Vaughan Villa. What a wonderful setting which was enjoyed by all. The house was very clean and family friendly. We enjoyed the days we spent at the house just as much as our time at the various area activities that we took in. We found everything we needed at the house to make our vacation successful. Richard and the property management staff were wonderful to deal with. We are already planning a return trip. Thank you Richard for sharing your house with us. We created some lasting memories. We would not hesitate to recommend Vaughan Villa to family and friends.

We all had a wonderful time! First of all the week that we spent in Florida the sun shone everyday! Temp's were awesome so the kids could enjoy the pool everyday! The pool and hot tub were a hit. The house was beautiful and accommodated the 10 of us great! The neighborhood was very quiet and we all felt safe in the gated community. We would definitely stay in this beautiful house again. Thank you!

Dear Richard, Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We have stayed in many places in Florida over the last 7 years but your villa is the best by far. You have everything for everybody in the villa! Whilst the pictures are great, the simply can't do your place justice. The location was perfect just 10 minutes from everything we needed to do.
The house had every amenity we could hope for and more. The games room we didn't bother with but it was packed with stuff to keep the children entertained. The pool area is fab, it isn't overlooked which is usually the case I've found with villas and big enough to sit around.
After a busy day its great to have such a nice pool to play around in, the kids loved it. The villa is great for big groups and has over 100 towels.

The house was amazing and gave us everything we needed. We had an awesome time and definitely will stay there again.

Our extended family of 10 stayed here for 10 days. The house fit our needs perfectly, everyone had their own space and it was great to be able to come back to after busy days at the parks. The kids loved the pool!! The property is very well maintained, and the owner is quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay at this property again.

I would highly recommend this home to others. There was something for everyone to do on the days we stayed in. The home was about 10 minutes from the parks and very clean. Best rental home we've stayed in. The pool and jacuzzi were a hit. It was easy to book and the communication back and forth was prompt. My family and I really enjoyed our time and we will be back. Thanks for everything Richard
