This villa is a fantastic place to spend your Orlando area vacation! The villa is spacious, clean, with nice furniture and beds. The pool area is wonderful overlooking a conservation area. The pool area was exceptionally clean with great outdoor furniture. The owners are very nice and very prompt communicating via email. We have staying in other villas in the Orlando area and this villa was by far the best! We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a quiet place to spend their vacation!!

This rental is excellent. It is clean, organized, comfortable, the pool was great and the beds firm, but not hard. This totally meets the needs of families going to Disney. The games and rec room in the garage was insightful. The back yard and pool area was so peaceful, and we saw wildlife along the back several times. We loved the owners personal touches and contact. The property manager was there immediately and resolved the minor issue we had promptly. Thank you for our lovely getaway. My only concern was the lack of basic supplies such as dish soaps, laundry and paper products, even salt and pepper had to be purchased, as a renter you may want to pack in some stuff apparently it's all trashed even if you do leave it for the next group.

Very nice villa all the comforts of home. The owner was exceptional, took care of any and all concerns I had super fast. I have done this a few times I wish more owners were like him.

This villa is a fantastic place for relaxation on your next Orlando Vacation. The villa is comfortable, clean, and spacious. The pool area is wonderful - the pool itself is sparkling clean and warm and the furniture is new and perfect for days of fun by the pool overlooking the conservation area. We definitely recommend this villa! Owners are also fantastic to communicate with - emails are very promptly returned. Thank you for a wonderful place to spend our family vacation!

We stayed in this lovely villa for a fortnight in May which is comfortably furnished throughout. The kids loved the pool and the Xbox 360. It is perfectly located for Disney which was only 20 minutes drive. There is a Publix supermarket a couple of minutes drive up the US27 with an Applebees restaurant. My husband loved the hot wings! Definitely recommend this villa.

This beautiful villa makes an excellent Florida holiday choice for any traveler. Close enough to the magic of the theme parks, but quiet enough for ultimate relaxation by the pool while enjoying the serene conservation view. I highly recommend Calabay Parc for your next visit to the Orlando area!
