We enjoyed our stay at Lake Berkley. The house was very cozy and offered enough space for our family which included four teenagers, my 84 year old mom and 11 year old daughter. The extra room was a nice place to escape to if the teenagers were taking over the TV. It was so nice to have the privacy of the lake behind us. The view was amazing with the lake behind us and the wild birds was an added bonus when they came to visit. Lake Berkley was conveniently located near a Walmart which we did all our groceries. While we were there we did Sea world and Aquatica. Being that we were so close to these parks we didn't have to waste our time travelling.

The management company was very responsive to our questions about the pool clarity. The property is close to all attractions and is in a nice gated secure development. We travelled with My family (2 adults, 1 child) and my Mother in Law and Nephew. The configuration was perfect as we all had privacy and our own space. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The location on the lake was very serene. Communication with the owners was excellent. Overall the experience was a "10+". I would highly recommend this rental and look forward to staying again.

We've stayed in Lake Berkley twice before, and this villa is by far our favourite. It's clean and well-maintained with a kitchen stocked with every utensil you'd need. Walmart is one minute away and the convenience is outstanding.
The entire complex is safe and secure and this villa is particular has a very private pool out back, blocked off from its neighbours. The TVs are huge, the wifi is excellent, the beds are perfect, and everything works.
We had, quite simply, the best time here. Definitely would recommend.Aww thank you, it is so comforting to us to know we are providing a great service and especially good to know you feel ours is better than the two previous villas you stayed on in Lake Berkley. We are always improving and trying to ensure all our guest have a Magical vacation. Thank you.

My family have just returned from Violet's villa in Lake Berkley. We have stayed in many homes on the Lake Berkley estate, this was by far the best. The villa has a superb view over the lake with plenty of pool furniture. The villa itself is very well equiped with everything you would ever require. We hope to return in the near future.

This is our second vacation at lake berkley. Went with family including 2 grandchildren and had a fabulous holiday. Since our last trip 3 years ago violet has made a lot of changes. On our last trip we thought the villa was fab but this trip it was magic real luxury. Love her new suite very comfortable and the fridge freezer was awsome. Only wish i could retire to lake berkley.

The view is a fantastic property, close to all the main attractions that Orlando has to offer. The accommodation is superb, high quality throughout. The pool area is very relaxing, with a stunning view of Lake Berkley. We stayed there initially in August 2015, have booked again for 2016 and have everything crossed for 2017!!

We decided to book this villa due to a recommendation from friends and we were glad we did. The location is perfect and if the parks are your thing then you won't have far to drive. With a Walmart and various other shops and restaurants close you don't need to travel too far for food or other essentials.
The villa is situated in a gated community and is very quite and relaxing. With nothing but views of the lake at the rear of the property, it was great to be able to relax outside beside the pool in virtual privacy. This was our first time on a villa holiday and would never consider a hotel again. The villa is very well equipped and you will have everything you need. I think the most important feature of this villa is the effort the home owners have gone to to make it feel like a home and not a rental property, to me this makes all the difference.
To conclude, would we stay here again? absolutely!Thank you Stephen, I'm glad that the effort we put in to make all our guests feel welcomed is appreciated. Looking forward to welcoming you back someday. Violet

This was our first time organizing the holiday as DIY rather than using the usual travel companies. After contacting Violet I am glad to say it couldn't have been easier. Violet answered all our queries promptly and dealt with all our requests with no fuss.
The villa itself is in a superb location both within the gated community with a fantastic view over the lake, for all the theme parks and Orlando International airport. It is only just over an hour to Cape Canaveral and the space center/Atlantic coast.
The villa has everything you need provided to enjoy your holiday even down to pool toys and fishing equipment if you want it. A gym was provided but we didn't use it... We loved the pool/hot tub and pool table in particular and all got good use. The TV has plenty of channels if you are staying in and every room has a TV.
We had a couple of minor issues on arrival but these were sorted by the management company and a bit of self help.
If you are looking for a villa in Florida you cant go far wrong with this one!! We would definately consider using again if we go as a largeThank you Andrew for your lovely comments, we do try to reassure all our guests who book privately instead of using a travel company as I understand it can be daunting and there are horror stories but we are genuine owners who try to go the extra mile to make sure all our guests have a Magical vacation. Close to the theme parks and the house was more than adequate for us. It is located in a nice neighbor with good protection.
