As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway leading off to the master #2 bedroom to the left followed by the staircase. The hallway then leads to the spacious dining area, living room and luxury kitchen beyond.

The formal dining area is located adjacent to the living room and has a large light wood dining table with seating for up to 6 diners and is beautifully set out for those special dining occasions.

The spacious living room with direct access & views onto the pool is comfortably furnished with 2 sofas & a reclining armchair to allow our guests to relax while watching TV, a film on the large LCD cable TV with a DVD player and an extensive DVD collection. There is also a stereo system for you to enjoy music of your choice.

Luxury kitchen with quality appliances has all the amenities including a dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with ice maker, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster & electric cordless kettle.

The pleasant breakfast nook with dual aspect views and access onto the pool deck comes equipped with a round table and 4 chairs.

The first master bedroom with views onto the pool deck is furnished with a king-sized bed with matching nightstands, a chest of drawers with a mirror above, a large free-standing wardrobe dresser with concealed LCD cable TV above, a ceiling fan and a large walk-in wardrobe.

The enclosed ensuite bathroom has a large walk-in shower, his & hers vanity units and a separate WC.

The second master bedroom with views onto the front gardens is furnished with a queen-sized bed with matching nightstands, a chest of drawers with a mirror and LCD cable TV above, a ceiling fan and a built-in wardrobe.

The large pool with south facing deck has 4 sun loungers (2 are reclining armchairs with footstools) for your sunbathing comfort and a rectangular patio table with 6 chairs under the shady covered lanai.

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool so you know your children are safe.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $85/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and a full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

We provide free high-speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck. Just bring your own laptop, tablet or smartphone to connect to the internet and email.

We can provide rental baby equipment such as a cot (crib) & highchair. Please request these items in the booking form if required and the owner will advise you of the rental cost based on the length of your stay.

Please note that we do not provide bedding for the cot (crib) due to strict Florida hygiene laws, which isn't normally an issue as most parents usually prefer to bring their own.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our home features a fully monitored alarm & smoke detector system for your security and peace of mind.

We also provide a safe for your valuables.

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

In place of a security deposit, we charge a one-off $65 non-refundable insurance premium in addition to the rental costs quoted on the website. On confirming a booking we will add the premium to the money owed and advise of this by email.
