As you enter the villa you are greeted with a fabulous tiled hallway with the study to your left, followed by the laundry next door. On the right, there is a door leading to the converted garage/games room. The hallway then leads onto the spacious open plan family room, kitchen and dining area beyond.

The study to the front aspect provides a quiet haven to curl up on the sofa to read a book or should the need arise there's a desk where you can set up your laptop and catch up with work, emails or social media.

The laundry room adjacent to the study, provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron for your convenience - enabling you to keep your luggage light so there is plenty of room for all those bargain designer clothes from the excellent local outlet malls.

The comfortably contemporary furnished room with pleasant views onto the pool deck offers ample seating for you to relax and watch the 60" Smart LCD cable TV.

Luxury kitchen has all the amenities including dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator & freezer with automatic water and ice dispenser, waste disposal, coffee maker, blender, toaster & kettle.

The breakfast bar has 3 comfortable bar stools.

Adjacent to the kitchen in the corner with views & sliding patio doors onto the pool deck is the beautifully decorated dining area with large dining table with 8 chairs and is ideal for large parties and formal dining.

This bedroom features a king sized bed and has views onto the pool deck. There are 2 matching nightstands, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and wall mounted LCD cable TV.

This bedroom features 2 twin sized beds with shared nightstand, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and wall mounted LCD cable TV.

Situated between bedrooms #2 & #6 is the family bathroom which has a bath with shower over, WC and built-in sink unit. We also provide a hairdryer.

In the garage you can enjoy Air Hockey, Table Tennis and Table Football, there is simply everything to entertain all our guests.

The large sunny pool with north facing extended deck benefits from splendid pond views.  We have provided 7 sun loungers for your sunbathing comfort and a patio table with 6 chairs under the shady covered lanai.

For your relaxation after a hard day at the theme parks, why not indulge yourself in the bubbling built-in spa ?

The removable toddler screen is provided to prevent small children from wandering into the unsupervised pool so you know your children are safe.

Inflatable pool toys are not provided due to health & safety reasons and legal requirement to sanitise them for guests. Guests can purchase their own cheaply from the local supermarket.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we can provide a gas BBQ for $68/week - please request this in the booking form and we will ensure a clean BBQ with tools and full gas bottle is delivered to the villa.

The entertainment loft situated at the top of the stairs is equipped with a 65" wall mounted LCD cable TV and comfortable seating.

The large master bedroom with views overlooking the front gardens has been furnished with and a king sized bed, matching nightstands, chest of drawers, walk-in wardrobe and wall mounted LD cable TV.

The connecting spacious en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in double shower, his & hers sinks and separate WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

The third master bedroom has a queen sized bed, with matching nightstands, chest of drawers, walk-in wardrobe and wall mounted LCD cable TV.

The Jack & Jill shared ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, single vanity and WC. There is a second single vanity directly accessed from bedroom 3. We also provide a hairdryer.

The fourth master bedroom has 2 bunk beds (twin over full-size), with matching nightstand, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and wall mounted LCD cable TV. This room sleeps upto 4 children.

The ensuite bathroom has a bath with shower over, single vanity and WC. We also provide a hairdryer.

The fifth master bedroom has a queen sized bed, with matching nightstands, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and wall mounted LCD cable TV.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keypad entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

It is less than a 20 minutes walk (3 minutes drive) from the Providence Golf Course and the excellent resort clubhouse with community pool.

The ChampionsGate village shops, supermarket and many restaurants & bars are only a 15-minute car journey away off ChampionsGate Blvd.

Posner Park with a variety of shops and IMAX cinema is also around 15 minutes drive away.

The US192 where you will find a Walmart and a large selection of restaurants is a 25-minute drive away and inexpensive to use UBER if no one wants to drive.
