The family room is bright with comfortable seating for 10 and patio doors overlooking the pool deck and the pool. A 60" Plasma TV, DVD player, Nintendo Wii and iPod Docking Station plus a selection of books & DVD's are available for your entertainment.

The large fully-equipped kitchen with side-by-side refrigerator with ice & water dispenser, large oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, juice maker, waste disposal, crockery, cutlery and even an electric can opener.

The breakfast nook has seating for up to 4 around the round breakfast table and 2 more seats at the breakfast bar.  There are sliding patio doors to acces the pool deck.

The dining area has seating for up to 6 around a spacious dining table.

The Living room has large corner sofa & love seat.

This bedroom has a brand new queen size bed, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, alarm clock radio, built-in wardrobe (with safe) and adjoining bathroom with large walk-in shower, hair dryer, single vanity unit and WC.

This bathroom has a large walk-in shower, sink and WC and is next to bedroom 5. Adjacent to this bathroom is the pool access door enabling easy direct access from the pool deck.

This bedroom also has a queen size bed, wardrobe & drawers with a further bathroom next door.

This bathroom has a bath with shower over, sink and WC and is next to bedroom 6

For your entertainment, we have installed a full sized pool table on the large landing area.

The laundry room is fitted with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

The views of the 7th green on the golf course from the pool area are magnificent. There are no villas behind our villa to obscure the splendid views.

Just added are colour changing LED underwater lighting to make evening pool side dining or swimming more attractive.

We have provided 6 sun loungers and 2 patio tables with 10 chairs for your comfort.

The pool can be heated for an additional charge (recommended from November to April). 

For the safety of your children, there is a removable pool safety fence which can easily be erected if required.

For the ultimate in alfresco dining experience, we have provided a state of the art stainless steel 6 burner gas BBQ with tools.  If you run out of gas, it can be replaced cheaply enough at the local Publix gas station.

The large master bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe, TV & alarm clock.

The large ensuite bathroom has a large corner bath, a large walk-in shower, twin vanity units and a separate WC - we have even provided a hair dryer.

This bedroom has twin beds and is located upstairs and comes with a large built-in closet and cable TV.

The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, double sink and WC and is nestled in-between bedrooms 3 & 4

Twin bedded room with chest of drawers and large built-in closet - this bedroom has a geat view over the golf course.

All towels and linens are provided although we do ask that no linens be removed from the house. If you plan on travelling to the beach on either coastline, please bring your own beach towels or purchase them locally for very little money.

We provide free high speed DSL WiFi internet access throughout the villa and pool deck.

We have tried to include everything a young family could wish for in a holiday home such as a travel cot (crib), toddler bed, highchair and stroller which are all provided free of charge.

No need to get stressed on arrival - our villa has an electronic keyless entry system, so if you are delayed at the airport, you can get into the villa anytime of the day or night - no need to travel miles out of your way in unfamiliar territory to collect keys - just pull up on the drive, tap in the numerical code provided and your holiday can begin !!

Our villa is maintained by a very responsive and friendly management company located close to resort. This ensures that all our guests receive the most efficient, friendly and personal service 24/7.

Its a 15 - 20 minutes walk to Berry Town Center where you will find a Publix with gas station, Applebees restaurant, IHop restaurant, Chinese takeaway, English bar & fish & chips shop, Irish bar, Pizzeria, Thai & Japanese restaurants, bank and more... 

Across the road from Berry Town is a large CVS Pharmacy & Dollar discount store.
