• Prize excludes Easter & Christmas/New Year dates - all dates subject to availability.
• Villa has 4 bedrooms (2 master & 2 twin bedrooms) & 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite) plus private SW facing pool with conservation views.
• Maximum occupancy 8 persons + 1 infant.
• Villa stay has to be completed prior to 16th December 2016.

• No cash alternative available.
• Prize is strictly accommodation only in the villa offered and excludes any flights or any other transportation, additional accommodation or associated travel costs - i.e. villa provided free but the costs of getting there are at your expense.
• Prize excludes departure cleaning fee and pool heat (available at extra cost).
• A refundable security deposit of £275 or $450 is payable 2 weeks before stay which is refunded after departure if no damage or missing items reported by management company.
• Competition closing date: 19th October 2015 and winner will be notified by the 21st October 2015.
